Yeah I'm gunna go over everything tommorow and see how it goes. Hopefully it'll all work out. And yeah I'm an idiot for going to that performance shop. Once the guy told me my engine might blow up at any time, I just left because clearly he didn't know a clue about mazdaspeed or in general even. He bragged he's been doing this 18 years and said I'm doing everything backwards and wrong.

You left something unplugged you got all these codes out of no where. Did you check to see that you removed and re installed the right fuses ? Check the connection by the fuel pump ?
Do you have a fuel monitor device like a gauge or accessport ? Most likely forgot make sure the connector to the fuel pump is properly connected.

Better question is, why even remove any fuses in the first place? If you're that worried about the electrics, disconnect the fucking battery.

Those codes don't make any sense at all to me:

P0171: This is an intake leak. You probably broke something or left something disconnected. I don't know why you even removed the intake.
P0089: Your spill valve is fucked, or not operating properly, or the "cylinder" of the fuel pump internals is installed upside-down. You are not building above in-tank fuel pump pressures.
P0192: This sensor is literally on the other side of the engine and I have no idea WTF is going on here. Maybe a bad fuse.

Make sure u don't have any broken pieces in the pump before you put it back , make sure it's completely clean. Never seen internals break like that. Probably had the retaining clip on loose. ?

When you disassembled it, were the keepers still where they were supposed to be?

edit: It's not that bad. Autotech will warranty them.

If you bought them new you might be able to get them warrantied.

Hopefully it's not #inb4installererror .

I don't think you can get them warrantied. Why did the guy sell them ? 20k miles on them and he sold them, that right there is a red flag. Unless he was parting out a good used mazdaspeed. Never buy used parts that are important motor components especially when they have to do with fueling.

The guy sold then because he was parting out his mazdaspeed3. I just found out his mazdaspeed3 was a track car and he sold them to me

That sucks man now u have to repeat the process. Get some corksport internals , u won't look back. They come with new parts so u don't have to reuse stock components.

That doesn't look like auto tech retainers. The autotechs retainers have 2 little clips you put on. That looks like the stock retainer clip.

Clear the codes and wait to see if they come back.

Did you bother to clear the codes after you reinstalled the stock internals?

I'm getting the car taken to the dealership. The car is still under warranty so they'll just give me a whole new pump I guess

The keeper on the top in that photo is not seated all the way. That is probably the source of the failure.

Since this car is still under warranty. The dealership should just put in a new fuel pump and the fuel pump sensors. And then I'll just have to buy new high pressure fuel pump internals again sadly ://

I don't think this car is safe to drive though at the moment

What are your mods? If you're stock, you should be OK with the stock fuel pump.

The car is bone stock still. But the same thing keeps happening. It's idling badly, turbo is not getting boost, barely any acceleration what so ever. Barely any power feels like

Install your stocker back on. Also you said you still have a warranty, bring it back to the dealership.
