2011 ms3 p2096 code

ive owned my ms3 for about a year now and ive only done a couple mods to it, cobb short shifter, resonator delete and most recently i deleted the secondary cat(not the downpipe) and now im throwing the p2096 code running lean bank 1, ive put the pipe in probably 2 or 3 months ago and didnt have any issues but its starting to get cold here in southern ontario. wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why im getting this code. and possibly a fix i would like to keep the pipe i have in it now but if im forced to go back to factory i will.
