Ok guys,

Very rarely do I take the time to post up feedback on customer service. Reason being is that generally good customer service is somewhat in the "guidelines" for most companies. That being said, let me give you a little back drop story.

Last year I was driving the speed when a truck cut me off and sent a softball-soccer ball sized boulder flying at my car. Due to the proximity, I thought for sure I was toast and that either the front end of the car or my windshield was doomed. I was “lucky” however, the boulder managed to land just under the bumper and my Corksport skid plate held strong. Pretty sure it grinded the boulder down a little, but it still managed to fuck up the 4-point brace I had and cause damage to the exhaust. A year later, the exhaust was dipping hardcore on the left, and rising up to touch the bumper on the right. It was also sticking out on the left and tucking in on the right. I sent a Video of the issue and piping to UR. How did they respond…..?

They sent me a box to ship them the exhaust. I paid $55 bucks to ship it out. They completely repaired it and included new hardware for reinstallation. Additionally they covered return shipping which was awesome. They could have easily said go F*$K yourself as the damage was not their fault. Instead they completely hooked me up and that is simply OUTSTANDING customer service. They provide a great product, great communication, and care about their customers.

With all that said, I encourage anyone looking to purchase an exhaust system to consider Ultimate Racing very heavily.

I am going to follow up with this. I have been studying everything about my '12 MS3 and I came around their products. I contacted them for guideance to take sure I am make the right investments and correct installs to achieve more power with the right set up. They know MS3 very well.

Besides the regular customer service, I spoke with John and he was patient with the dozens of questions I have asked.

Currently, I've invest in the UR DP ver. 2, SP, TBE with the 4" tips, and MP. Next will be their FMIC. Great products and great customer service.:slomo:
