Default 3 inch wide path intake couple of questions for Gen Pu

I am currently running a corksport stage 2 intake and wanting to go 3 inch, I need to run an air box due to laws where i am, can the corksport air box be used with this, even if it does need to be modified.
Does the intake come with a vacum hose that goes from the intake to engine (the cork sport intake has it moved further down the intake and uses a short hose).

I'm willing to bet that the the air box could be modified to work or at least well enough that you'd pass inspection.

It comes with the the boost control solenoid vacuum hose. You'll use the OEM hose to connect the intake to the cam cover vent.

Hope this helps...

Do you have a tuner ready? It's not going to run right out of the box.

Yeah i know i will do the install and get it towed, i am Ecuteck tuned so it wil have to be done on the dyno at the workshop. Am in Australia so we don't have any AP tuners other than an etune and i can't do WOT 4th gear logs with out getting arrested or hitting wildlife.

It's fitted, the corksport airbox did need some butchering as the air filter position is a lot more forward and to the left with the JBR.

Bonus was the JBR outside MAF housing diameter is the same as the corksport so put the corksport housing in and clamps up fint to the widepath so i can drive t to get it dyno tuned.

It fits fine with the stock battery box, it barely touches the ECU bottom cover so didnt bother removing that. I'm in Australia so not sure if our battery boxes are a bit more to the left as our steering and break/clutch master cylinder are on the right side

Easy as to install as it is flexible with out obstructing the flow path and don't have to worry about if you have not correctly placed/tightened one of the 6 clamps you have on other intakes

i will be getting the JBR MAf housing fitted and tuned in a couple of days and see how it reacts.

Overall was great product and easy to work with.
