Default Another mounting

Ok I have had the 88,88,80 trilogy package on for a little over a month now. The vibes have died down dramatically and I barely even notice
them anymore. The tranny whines like a girl on her period, the engine does not move and torque steer/wheel hop is non existent.
For anybody debating getting the trilogy package, debate no more! These mounts were crafted by the gods themselves. I could not be happier with the superiority of the products and customer service of James Barone Racing.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I purchased all my mounts from Jamie himself and not once did I pay full price. There is always a deal going on to inspire you to buy more products!

I have a corksport 70 duro and it sucks. It's 10X better than stock but my engine still hits the firewall sometimes and the vibrations when shifting is just ridiculous. JBR FTW

I honestly barely notice the vibes. Only time I get heavy vibrations is when shifting into gears as extremely low rpm

I just installed the 80's tranny and pass., had the Street Unit RMM. and the car sounds like crap now, much louder. Is there any possibility i tweaked the clutch during install? It shifts fine but loud. All i used to be able to hear was the turbo spool nicely and now it sounds like a meat grinder.

That tranny is going to whine and you are going to here it all! As my boy @Smelson; said, "turn the radio up and ignore it." Lol. My DP an exhaust is almost enough to drown out the tranny noise if the windows are down.

I switched from redline to the motorcraft tranny fluid after my 70D trilogy install and it reduced the grinding quite a bit. But yeah... no way to reduce tranny whine. Definitely worth the trade-off though.

I had motorcraft in before the mounts so I dont know if there could have been a difference. What type of grinding were you getting?

I drove a buddies near stock car the other day and couldn't tell when to shift. My car with the 88 duro RMM and TMM tells me what the fuck is up. But I kinda want the raw race car sound back before the TMM was broken in

I am running a 80d setup for all three mounts and haven't looked back. I have considered swapping to an 88d rmm but not sure if it would be worth it. I agree with pmartz16. Now I get into regular cars and have to double check to make sure I turned them on. lol Gotta love JBR mounts.

Got the 80a trilogy and I absolutely love it. I wasn't so sure at first because it was so loud and sounded like I had 2 12" subs. The noise and vibes got better every time I drove the car and now a few weeks later the vibes are virtually gone. The excessive noise is only present at 4k+ rpm, and at that point who cares how much noise it makes.
