Dealing with JBR

So my sure RMM decided to go all explodey on me and I needed another one (who has ever heard of that?!)

I also had two RSB brackets that had taken a shit on me (from JBR)

I didn't see just the brackets on the website so I called the contact number and left a voicemail.

Mr. JBR himself was nice enough to return my call the next day and hooked it up with some new brackets at almost no charge. I had to buy a new bushing/bracket combo for the RSB and he refunded me the cost for the brackets. Also hooked it up on a 88RMM that I should of bought the first time around.

the goods showed up a few days later and are already on the car.

Same experience for me. Had my RSB brackets take a shit and jamie got them to me, probably before the payment even hit my account.. lol. Nothing but positive feels brah.

My SURE mount didnt look like that though when I just took ot off. It had a few stress cracks in it but it didnt explodery on my like that. For shits and giggles, I emailed SURE to see if I could get new bushings. That was a week and a half ago. Still no reply.. lol

Ive got to ask, I know a lot of people love the mounts and I have the 88 Moly, but how bad do the vibes really get? The stock exhaust drone actually gave my girlfriend, and me, occasional headaches which I solved by installing a CNT TBE. But the last thing I want is for my dash to rattle off the car, I'm not worried about increase chatter from the tranny because I think the exhaust should cover some of that up.

Ps. Jaime is there anything that I could do to make the rear view mirror usable again, will it get worse with 70 duro side mounts? Thx, I <3 your stuff!

JBR PMM and TMM are for real mens, If you are complaining about a RMM don't waste your money on any other mount. And about dash rattle, I love every single rattle on my dash because you can feel your engine alive and because race car. Who needs a rear view mirror?

I must apologize. I love my 88 moly. I didn't mean to imply that I didn't. I was asking what other people thought about the mounts because I love every Jbr product I have. My main concern with the mirror is I do a lot of long distance driving and I need to be able see out of my mirrors for state troopers behind me. I only notice the memoir being unusable at certain rpm ranges and I was wondering with all 3 mounts if it is totally unusable or is it only certain ranges.

It will be near useless till they break in. Mine is already kinda screwed cause I do my highway driving at ~80 which puts me right in the 3000-3300 rpm range where the vibes are worst.. lol.

I ordered the trilogy from Edge and apparently the wrong nut was sent for the transmission mount, didn't hear anything from Edge. I got the rear and passenger mounts in with ease, and didn't discover the problem with the trans mount until the very end. And of course, it had started raining. I called JBR and talked to none other than the man, the myth and the mystery himself, and ended up riding a bicycle like some sort of peasant to the nearest hardware store just so I could button everything back up and shut the hood.

Just yesterday, I received a care package with a sick ass Mazdaspeed calendar, beer koozie, keychain, and stickers from Jamie just because. And really it was Edge who should have communicated with me in the first place that the nut was wrong.

We're spoiled. JBR is best BR.

We're human and when we F up we do whatever it takes to fix the problem.

After you called, we went back through our records and sent out the corrected hardware to a few other folks too. So, I appreciate your call and you helped us to take care of a few others as well.
