(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  IM TIG Question @jbarone, i had bought your TIG from the good fellows over at edgeautosport, and had some questions. I'm planning on porting an extra intake manifold i have laying around, and i've seen several write ups with ppl using the TIGs as a stencil for the extra area available to port. Since i'm not going to have my manifold off, my question is would this be an accurate way to mark how much material to cut out? Are the TIG openings the exact size of the openings on the head? i dont want to over-port and create a wall for air to hit. Thanks in advance Jamie

| Not Ranked : 0 score Sorry I missed this. The gaskets are bigger than the openings in the head so you would create a wall if you only port the intake. Polishing maybe a better option.
