Default Jamie continues to lead in customer service!

Emailed Jamie to ask advice on getting a stuck adapter out of my JBR shift knob. Over the last 2 yrs of having the shift knob, I've had to remove it many times to get at stereo wiring under my console, always without a problem. But this summer's extreme heat here in L.A. can raise temps in your locked car up over 150* when it's over 100* for 3 weeks straight. Anyway, a week or so ago I had to take the knob off and when I went to put it back on I noticed it wasn't lining up right. Oops, all that heat detached the adapter from the shifter and it was stup up inside the knob and there was no getting it out without destroying it. But I digress...

-Emailed Jamie
-Received email back the next day
-New adapter in mailbox 3 days later

Atta Boy Jamie! You continue to innovate, be price competitive, and back up your products by honoring your lifetime guarantee.

Keep making lifetime customers out of us pal!

1 last thing...
There's a reason Jamie SELLS the replacement adapters for $15 on his website, actually probably 2 reasons:
1) I think if you were to use this for a while on your car (please correct me if I'm wrong about this one Jamie) and then sell it, im not sure the adapter would be reusable. I think it's purposefully made of a softer alloy so that it doesn't fuck up your shifter's threads should you stock out. This seems intelligent by design.
2) If you don't follow the instructions that are on his website and you break it, that's your fault! And why should he be forced to pay for your stupidity!?! Esp since he ships for free! I don't know of any other companies that don't at least require a minimum for free shipping. Most of them make a big deal out of giving you free shipping cause it's a damn holiday.

Again Jamie, thanks for the great products, FREE SHIPPING, and superior customer service.
JBR FTW!
JBR likes this.

Obviously I'm biased, but yes- Jamie is the best when it comes to customer service. How many companies (there are a few others) do you call up and speak to the owner personally?

I got a set of used mounts that had a 12 foot high salt water bath from Mister @kmac; and bought my own hardware once he told me what to get. The mounts have not broken, damn them!

Bought a battery tray, the locknuts didn't fit. Asked Jamie what
the size was so I could buy them, and he sent me the nuts for free.

Thanks Jamie
