(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score MSF Community, I know there are lots of threads outlining endless praise for JBR, but I think my scenario warrants an extra round of applause towards JBR. First things first, I ordered a set of 70 duro mounts from JBR about a month ago. Pretty straightforward dealing there. Ordered, got confirmation, parts came in, install went great...nothing new there. Great response and all, but otherwise standard stuff. The next run-in with JBR involved getting my car ready for NATOR CT. It came to my attention that we were having an install day about 4 days before the actual date and I realized that there wasn't much in the way of what was being installed. So, why not get an intake? Well, that's the thing, with 4 days til, I needed to be sure it came a day before the actual meet so I can leave at 8am for the meet. At this point, I emailed JBR, who then gave me quotes, ensured that they'd send it out as soon as possible, and even called to me to make sure I was getting the right part as fast as possible. Oh, and they also texted to confirm they got payment and that the tracking was obtained. They worked so efficiently, in fact, that I got the part a day before I needed it -- they didn't waste time. All emails were answered and they definitely went above and beyond -- you gotta remember that a lot of these smaller shops take one or two days to even process an order. Thanks again JBR. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score You know when MSF goes down and all you do is spam F5 to refresh the page? I'm pretty sure that's what @jbarone; does all day long waiting for orders. Which gets me wondering. What's the average time between orders @jbarone? Average processing time between order placed and order shipped? /nerd
