JBR - Outstanding products, even better customer service

I’ve bought car parts, motorcycle parts, and truck parts off the internet for years, and I have yet to find an aftermarket manufacturer and retailer as amazing as JBR to work with. For anyone that truly researches what aftermarket parts are the best on the market, it’s impossible to overlook the quality that JBR brings to the DISI platform. Here are a few key points from my recent purchases for my ’09 Speed3.

Part quality – It’s hard to get away from the thinking that the more well-known a company is the better the part it produces. But JBR has quality manufactured parts that match the best in the industry. I recently ordered the short shift plate, solid shifter bushings, and chrome-molly rear motor mount. From as soon as I took them out of the package I could tell the build was solid and that everything was manufactured exactly to the proper specs. From the reading I did on the products, I knew that Jamie had put in the time and research necessary to deliver a top-quality product. Do other companies produce products of equal quality? Absolutely. But that brings me to my next point:

Price – It can’t be beat. It’s that simple. JBR’s prices are competitive to say the least. With JBR there is no “big name” mark up that is generally seen on other parts. Just in quality and price alone JBR should be considered for anyone’s next part purchase. Plus, buy one of the package deals and it gets even cheaper. And it gets even better than that:

Shipping – Order from jamesbaroneracing.com and shipping is FREE. No matter what, all the time. Where else can you go for that? On top of that, everything is well packaged in a professional manner that ensures safe delivery of your parts.

Ease of installation – On the website there is an extremely easy to follow install guide for every part that is sold. Not some crumpled up piece of paper that’s stuffed in the box with a drawing done by a five-year old. Access to this information is also free, regardless if you purchase a part or not.

Customer service – This point is the real winner in my book. While installing my parts I had a few questions (which ended up being due to me skimming the instructions too fast and not reading well). So, I emailed Jamie because from my research I had read that his customer service was outstanding. I went inside the house because I thought I was done installing for the day. I was wrong: less than five minutes later I had a response back. Now I’m sure Jamie can’t do this all the time because I know he is extremely busy, but it was that quick response, along with everything else listed above, that sold me on JBR for the life of my Speed3.

All in all, I wish more aftermarket manufacturers and retailers ran such a smooth business as James Barone. He has won my business, and I hope that everyone looking for aftermarket parts strongly considers the quality, price, and customer service that JBR delivers on a daily basis. Next up for me is the Stage 2 SRI to replace my CAI along with completing the trilogy of mounts, and believe me, I can’t wait to place another order with such an outstanding vendor.
