Jbr wheel spacers

So about a week ago I got my wheel spacers in the mail. I ordered two complete sets totalling 160$. Unfortunately only one complete set made it. Package was damaged during shipment and was wrapped in plastic wrap by USPS. Package looks to have tore open and had water damage. I have tried emailing JBR and have also contacted them through PM on their Facebook page with out any responses. Below is the email that was sent out along with attached photos made upon opening. Would really like to get this issue resolved please.

"Hi my name is David Hine. I received my package containing the 2 full sets (8 total) wheel spacers. However I only have 4 wheel spacers that made it to my house. The package that it showed up in was damaged by USPS I'm sure and I opened to check for all content however they weren't all there. I received to sleeves containing two spacers each totaling in four. It looks like it got soaked from water or something as they wrapped it in cling film. I attached photos

Please get back to me so we can figure out a way to resolve this issue please. Thanks in advance

Ya my thin is that as it sits right now I'm out 80$! I have nothing bad to say about JBR (just look at my sig) but I haven't had an issue like this where I couldn't get a response from them. That's why I brought the issue here hoping I may get a response.

Everytime I've called the UPS, Fedex, USPS about something being wrong with a package, they always told me to contact the shipper. Who ever shipped the package has to open up an investigation with the shipping company.

But, I agree on your first comment about picking up a phone. Gets things done way faster, especially when shit is missing.

Well I'm sure they will figure out what happened. Maybe only one set made it into the package from the get go and something was missed. I still have all my invoices showing what I purchased so hopefully all works itself out.

We've got this sorted. The 4 that arrived are in perfect condition. A replacement set, for the ones that did not arrive has been packaged and will ship out tomorrow. Tracking has been emailed to the OP and now we can go back to living happily ever after. Thanks for the mention so I could address this right away.

I don't see why people have a problem with this thread.

It served its purpose perfectly well, and doesn't disparage anyone. From the OP's postings, it is obvious that the fault lies with USPS, and if anything threads like this just go to show that if there is an issue that occurs outside of JBR's control when you purchase something, he will quickly resolve it.

Some of you guys have a really good grip on some of these vendors' nuts...

I have nothin bad to say about Jamie or his parts. I'm a JBR fan, I have their rmm/rmm/pmm, ssp, shifter bushings, shift knob, 3.5" wp,

I can honestly say It didn't even cross my mind to send a pm on here. I thought an email and fb message would work just fine. I even looked for a phone number first, that's why I just posted the thread. It didn't bash anyone other than USPS and since it was handled, it looks even better for Jamie.

I actually like this thread for that reason. He just said basically "Hey this was screwed up. I don't think it was a mistake on your part but lets get together and fix it." Could he have sent a PM, yes. But he approached the first post correctly IMO and it provides another example of JBR's customer service. Win win.

I will chime in and say that the packaging may need to be a little more robust. I recently ordered trilogy mounts and one side of the box was ripped open from the weight. The post office taped it back and everything arrived safely I was just a little surprised there was not more tape on a package that heavy. I love the parts however thank you.

im not complaining. i was just pointing out that there wasn't much tape holding back a lot of heavy metal in my box that was loose and moving around. luckily, i got my order intact. loving the mounts so far.

it's not about money, but i do expect a $450 dollar order to be packaged properly, whether the shipping was included in the price of the part or not. like i said the mounts are great and the customer service from JBR is world class.

Yeah really lol. Also, he's not mailing out wine glasses. These things are robust little chunks of metal and bushings. A box and simple packing is all you need. If the post office is gonna fuck it up, they're gonna fuck it up.

I really think it's the area that is the main hub close to where it ships from. I've had HEAVY stuff (45lbs kettlebell in flat rate box) jumbling around that would get all the way to Iraq fine from here or there USA. But every box from either Troy IL or Hazelwood MO is dented or ripped somewhere, looks like there is a much needed change of management in one of those places.

We have been working with our PO and regional reps to get the localized shipping issues resolved. We have seen a significant improvement over the last month or more.
