Default More love for JBR.

Sent JBR an email at 7:32am this morning, bugging them more about the speed 6 PMM. Got a response at 7:39am. 7 minute response time. At 7:30 in the morning. Heck they're Central Time at that so 6:30 am their time.

Not gonna lie I was thinking of grabbing an AWR PMM as my stocker is simply destroyed. Not now, I'll wait. This was the final bit I needed to assure it would be worth the wait.

Customer Service is invaluable, and JBR has it.

And I was pooping at the time. Ya see JBR is a 24/7 operation and muti-tasking is a must.

Seriously though....We do work very long hours to provide the level of service that we do. We prioritize what we respond to and when. If the PM or email or phone call is urgent we instantly respond. If it's a general question we get to them quickly as well but a little more time may go by before we respond. Generally, we respond in 8 hours or less, usually less.
