It does, thank you. Last question, once I get the AP what map is recommended for this, can stage 1 mapping be run or strictly stage 2 with internals installed?

Nod32 and malware bytes do not detect anything. False positive is correct.

Disable bit defender to access for the time being.

Mine arrived yesterday and I'm going to install it later this morning once my car is cooled off. I am a little paranoid about the BCS hose nipple so I'll be super careful during that part of the install but I have successfully installed much more advanced mods (trans mount, TB) on other cars so I should be fine.

Actually, upon further reading and research I am just going to use a razor to cut a slit in the stock BCS solenoid hose, that way I won't need to worry about pulling it off really hard and I can just easily slip it off. Also, when I reinstall the JBR BCS solenoid hose I'll heat it with hair dryer and apply a liberal amount of WD40 so it can be easily slid on.

I am really overthinking this now...

Just one question though, although Step 19 on the install guide doesn't mention it, should I reuse the hose clamp that was undone in Step 13 on the new BCS hose that comes with the TIP?

sweet mother of jesus. I got my kit today, I took my time, took me about 3 hours to do it. Some steps i took was heating the silicone and rubber hoses with a hair dryer and that made it easier for me to put on/get off.

Looks fantastic, and I cant believe how much of a sound the intake and turbo make now. I also couldnt believe how shitty the stock plastic TIP is, holy crap!

I am very happy with the project and the install went pretty good, might of taken me less time but like I said I took my time and I couldnt reach the TIP clamp because mazda put it on at a weird angle. I'll post pics soon.

I finished my installation a few hours ago, I took about 2.5 hours since I was checking everything and being extremely cautious. This car sounds like a huge turbo monster and I don’t even want to listen to music anymore since I love hearing the K04 sing

I did a few small things differently, mainly I just used a razor and cut off the stock BCS hose rather than trying to pull it off and break off the plastic nipple. 50 cent hose vs $100 dollar BCS, the choice was easy

Now I am rocking the JBR sticker on the left bottom of my rear glass, thanks for a great product @jbarone I'll definitely be getting your RMM very soon

I was going to say this but it doesn't hurt to say it twice as the shit is clogging Browne's @Tronix ears and brain. Read before you ask or assume. MSF is a performance site and not just doing some because it appears cool or appeals to your ricer friends. Read before you respond. Donate. Then read some more. But since you are so smart. Go and run stage two. Do your own tuning and turn the boost up to 25 psi. You'll have lots of fun. Make sure you WOT and hit boost below 3,000 rpm too.

On topic, intake is badass. Sounded great in boost; very similar to the CAI sound. Had CS CBE installed the next day. The car really woke up after the Stratified tune. Butt dyno says more power. Full 15 psi in 2nd through 6th. VERY NICE! Big thanks for this and the partnership with a great tuning company.
