(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score @jbarone, I thought of something else that could improve the spongy shift mechanism these cars have. Improved shift gates. While replacing a seal on my transmission, I had my shift linkage out of the transmission. This little cast piece is the stock shift gate. It is bolted to the shift mechanism and a pin which is threaded into the trans case rides in these slots. Could this little piece be redesigned to better guide the mechanism between gears? My Guess is that this piece is the same on Speed6, Gen Won and Gen Poo, but I do not know for sure. Mine is a Gen Won ('07). Jason |

| Not Ranked : 0 score Hmmmm.... how about... Adjustable sway bar links Subframe connectors Chassis/strut braces (if subframe connectors are out, the interest was proven in that haltech group buy thread that didn't go through) Tr8 core with JBR fmic pipes (and that sexy thermal paint on the cold pipe) JBR catback Brake and clutch ducts (for the autoX guys) Edit: or a JBR crashbar to fit a bigger FMIC and make the car a ramming tank!! Just to name a few...

| Not Ranked : 0 score What's the point? There's plenty on the market just spray paint JBR on one. The transmission could definitely use some more aftermarket support.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I like and support op's idea. This is something that may require, lots of resourses though, i am not sure. **joint venture** The other potential products are always a good idea, but honestly this clutzy transmission is a pain in the ass and id like it fixed. ![]() It would be the only on the market too and obvisously desireable with a moderate price tag. Exhaust and intercooler crap is all over the market and it does the same thing. Not much profit to be had i would think.
