The question that needs to be answered is...Can the CS turbo be clocked 180 degrees and will the actuator function properly? They should already have the answer to this. If it cannot be then obviously it will not work with our under mounted kit or any other under mounted kit.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Here is a video of me checking to see if the actuator rod was working fine after forcing the bracket on when clocking the BNR3. JBR suggested 25 PSI for the test but I didn't have a way to adjust the pressure so who knows how much PSI I was using in the test. Sent from my iPhone

| Not Ranked : 0 score If I wasn't going to use meth this is definitely the FMIC kit/setup I would go for, it looks so damn clean and sneaky with the black hoses. It's too bad the CS turbo is unclockable as it stands, but maybe if CS or JBR can make a clocking kit, or if you get one in hand, you may be able to make everything you need yourself depending on skill and access to a machine shop. It kind of defeats the 'drop-in' aspect of the CS turbo, but once it's been out long enough it will be clear whether it's even worth trying. The BNR is tried and true, so it's the obvious choice for an undermount kit.

We obviously don't have access to every turbo on the market but, if it can be clocked 180 degrees, I'm confident our under mounted kit will work. Our design allows for a ton of flexibility in the connection at the turbo.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Well, by using meth injection, for the 2 months in BC where our temps get anywhere near 80-90, my upgraded TMIC should be more than adequate for the K04, and probably even a little big turbo. And keeping the TMIC running should mean a little better response, using meth will allow me to do that.

| Not Ranked : 0 score A wire tuck kit may be a good kit to put together, you can use your current under engine pipping sales to determine how many ppl would use it. Plus there are 2-3 FMIC pipping options out there that are not over the engine. @jbarone; just a thought Sent from my iPhone

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score @russiankid; Sorry about the bracket. We can get you fixed up with a new one no problem. PM your order number and I'll get one right out. As for the O2 sensor, We have the same DP in our test car and it's close, but not that close. I think it's worth trying to adjust your piping to get better clearance. Ours is almost 3/4" away which eliminates the possibility of contact during engine movement. We're happy you still love the kit even with the few issues you're having. We'll look for your order #. Thanks, Mike |
