I really needed a last minute tranny mount before my GTX3071 install this Saturday so I figured, meh fuck it. I'll buy the 88 duro trilogy because of wants/needs/racecar. I PM'd him at like 10PM and got a PM back within minutes...yes, he could have been on surfing the forum and I caught him at a good time BUT there is more. I told him my situation, exchanged a few PM's and he held his word. Told me he would ship it out first thing in the AM. Come the next day, shortly after getting to work I get an email. It included a confirmation on purchase and tracking number. 1.5 days later and I am picking it up from my post office. Just wanted to say thank you - it was a relief. @jbarone;

| Not Ranked : 0 score A good recipe contains the right ingredients. When I started this business I chose the ingredients carefully and I've stuck with them ever since....consistently. Like all of you, I am a customer too and I've personally run in to everything we all hate about doing business with companies that don't care about the customer. Companies that fool you in to believing they're something they're not or have gotten so big they don't need to care. Pisses me off; I will never become that. We will stumble but you have my word, I will always be there to take care of the situation exactly how you'd expect to be. JBR is not short shift plates anymore, this is serious shit now. I beg you all to take a good hard look at what we're doing and quality of our products. Soon there will be very little reason to look to the big box stores for most of your moddding needs. Just because we haven't been around as long as some or appear as hi-tech, doesn't mean that we're not just as capable of producing quality products that perform. This is about performance right? There's no reason to pay more with the expectation of better performance. And if it's sold for less than what we sell it for, there's a very high probability that it's crap and that's no bullshit.

Jamie did me a custom favor for one of his products when i was expecting a Hard NO, instead he made it happen for me and I rock his part on my car with no shame. Im very picky, so kudos. I still have my jbr shifter plate and a money order from wal mart from october 2011 i was supposed to ship the plate back for upgrade for the v2 plate. I never sent it and still have it boxed with money order. I bet he would still take the trade, and if he did not it would still be cool because I have had it over a year since he offered the upgrade.(been busy and lack of shipping cash) |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I haven't bought a lot from JBR, but what I have bought has been great. 1. Never had a problem with anything I've ordered from him. Parts were top notch. 2. Even though he offers 0 rate shipping, stuff has always been sent to me USPS Priority and stuff was shipped very quickly. No company gets things to me faster than JBR even if I pay the other guys extra for special shipping.

I have never seen such great customer service before..I ordered at like 6pm and got shipped the same damn day. FREE SHIPPING FTW. Did I mention instructions and torque specs? My only problem with JBR is that James does not show off his product enough! The pics make things look small and thin, when in reality his mounts are beefy. I'm glad you are happy with your JBR product Kevin, as I am too  I'll be honest, I was never into JBR products. But my mind has been changed.

| Not Ranked : 0 score yeah jamie is the man. shortly after i got my ACT clutch installed the main bolt for my jbr 80 duro mount snapped before helping robry and captain kr do a BT install on robry's genpu. well messaged Jamie and he was prompt in responding and sending a new one to captain kr's house for him to install. very pleaseed with his fast responses and customer service!
