(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  weighted shift knob I ordered the weighted shift knob today, im pretty excited to try it out. I was looking over the install and i noticed there was an adapter that threads onto the stock shifter to change the thread pattern, this being said, will i be able to go back to the stock shift knob, or will the adapter ruin the stock threads. sorry if this question is stupid, i just got a little worried after reading the install. thanks

| Not Ranked : 0 score Good Question! You can easily go back to stock AND absolutely, positively no threads will be damaged. When you want to go back to stock just remove the adapter and spin on the stock knob. Thanks, Jamie

It came in today, i got the black with red lettering on it. this thing is sick, the finish quality is awesome. install was super easy, i recommend using WE-40, like it says in the install. I have this paired with the jbarone shift plate, and i have redline tranny fluid, the shifts are butter. and i have a trz dogbone sitting in the garage that i need to put back on. great quality, great price. looking forward to the next product u put out. thanks
