wow on customer service

Recently i purchased the pmm, and rmm. After i ordered it i slapped my head and wanted the tmm so i emailed them. They gave me the trilogy price on the 2 orders. Once received the parts i noticed that the tmm was not in the package. I emailed them again. This is where i was blown away. Instead of arguing with me or trying to pass the buck on the tmm. They told me they were sorry and sent out a tmm. No questions asked. I am blown away with the awesome customer service. I will be a long time fan of jbr.
