I have been sending PM's to JP for about a week now with BT GTX3071r questions. edgeautosports is great to deal with. They have great pricing, down to earth, and willing to work with you. I'm even happier they are in Denver. From now on I'm on the edgeautosports band wagon. Oh and next week is the big week. I will be purchasing my GTX3071r from JP. I can't wait for the build.

Thats what I thought. Maybe I will put my BT to the side for a couple months and save up for a steedspeed mani. If I was too install the BT and in a few months purchased the mani would I have to remove everything again? I just want to minimize the work.

yeah those were real results but i cant really be sure because there were to many limiting factors.

The better the flow the less the back pressure the more power you're gonna make plain and simple, on top of that the manifold is the best looking piece in the engine bay besides an ewg.

at what hp do the internals need to go forged? I hear conflicting stories. some say 400 hp some say 450 hp. does anybody really know?
some people are even saying our motor already has forged internals.

The true limit has not been found. kmac is makin serious power right now, so are a few other people on stock motor. Don't be afraid to shoot for 450.

jk.... But I'm now a believer that we can make serious fuckin power on these things. You guys shoulda seen the reaction I got at the dyno day when I put up 400... Everyone there... including the Dyno guys from Slomotion gave the graph a big double take and a collective...WTF? LOVE IT!

BTW... with a couple gal of E, it looks like 450 or more will be attainable with DI alone...

He's got the perfect turbo for it, I'm gonna have to keep boost to 22-23 at lower rpm and build up to my peak from ~5500 and up cuz this thing will make too much tq. I'd really like to keep peek tq at or under 400 if possible while coming up with another 50+hp. I should be able to find out if it's possible by the end of the weekend if I can get some decent weather, but I'm pretty damn confident that I can do it.

He's got the perfect turbo for it, I'm gonna have to keep boost to 22-23 at lower rpm and build up to my peak from ~5500 and up cuz this thing will make too much tq. I'd really like to keep peek tq at or under 400 if possible while coming up with another 50+hp. I should be able to find out if it's possible by the end of the weekend if I can get some decent weather, but I'm pretty damn confident that I can do it.

Now i got a question about injector seals. ive done my readup on them and they seem to be useful, but im trying to not get "extra" stuff that i really dont need or could get later.
what are the benefits of them being installed?

im running my stock seals @440+whp for 10k now and before that I was fully bolted pushing 330whp on my reworked k04 without a hitch. If they are not leaking then there is no need to replace them until they start to fail.
