GT3076 w/ ewg return line problem

Im havin some problems wid my return line its not clearing the wastegate how have most of u guyz ran ur setups in running this on a stock manifold please i needa get my car on the road... I kno this is a noob thread ive tried so many things nd it dnt clear

The oil return line dat comes off the turbo

So you're saying the return line that ATP provided doesn't fit? I'm confused because the ewg points straight down off of the turbine housing. It shouldn't really be that close to the return line. A picture would REALLY help. Hell, draw something if you have to.

I bought the kit used off of a fellow member i dnt have the orignal line dat come with the kit

Yes this is boggling my mind as well... It should not even come close with the ATP supplied Oil return line.

Sounds like you need a fitting onto the turbo and a stainless steel braided -10 line to block (old drain is)


if you didnt get it from the member you bought it from.

If you don't have the ATP drain, we REALLY need a picture then. The oil drain should seriously be at least a couple INCHES away from the ewg.

If you were to put this on the turbo: Oil Return Flange with integrated 5/8" barb For GT15 Through GT35R : atpturbo.com

Cut this line to the right size: Hi Temp Rubber/Silicone Oil Drain Hose - 5/8" (-10 AN equivalent ID) : atpturbo.com

Then put this on the block: Oil Return Flange with integrated -10 Flare for GT15 Through GT35R : atpturbo.com along with http://www.jegs.com/i/Russell/799/624100/10002/-1

No way that can't fit.

That is a minimum of 12", which I'm pretty sure is too long...
edit: just looked and you're right, they say to use 12"....which is weird because some people complain of it being too long

Makes sense seeing My oil return is only 16" long and that is a Top Mount set up

Minimum of 10". I think if you got 11", it would be perfect, though I can't say for sure. Get a straight end and a 45* end. 45* goes to the block.
