Are you positive it's leaking from where the fittings meet the crush washers? If you have any sort of -AN fitting, you have to make sure they're pretty tight to have perfect seal. Post a pic of your setup.

Hmmm. Hope you didn't strip some threads. Maybe take the fittings off and use some Teflon tape.

I think i just over tightened them. Do u think teflon tape will hold up with how hot a turbo gets?

Well if they are crush washers, I would think you'd need new ones.

Wtf? Really? Something is definitely wrong. I would pull them out and make sure threads are not seriously damaged. Most importantly you obviously don't want a small oil leak to turn into a large one, and you also don't want any of those potential metal shavings to get into your oil supply at either end.

There is definitely a leak AT the crush washer though? What kind of lines are you using, silicon/teflon or braided? I've heard of some leaking where the line itself is pressed into the fitting, could it be possible that is where your leak is arising?

Either way, you definitely shouldn't have to tighten them much at all. Just til its tight, its certainly not something you want to crank on and strip out.
