The MAF cal for corn may is a bit different than for straight pump gas. I have the smaller Cobb intake and at 4.52V it's flowing 300-307g/s. So the gas additives from different areas may play a role as well.

I'm so jealous when I see people pushing so much timing up top where I can't push more than like 12-12.5 degrees on pump gas at even slightly lower air flow, and this makes me want WMI

I'm an extremely lightweight when it comes to tuning, but I didn't think tuners scaled maf anymore for e85? Just changed the specific gravity for the fuel table? It would make sense since e85 is less dense, But I was referencing my e85 logs.

Sorry mortose didn't mean to thread jack.

The MAF is scaled for the E85 fuel being used and to get his AFRs in check at above 2.50 load. The AFRs are right on target and fueling is correct and that's what matters.

So, for everyone who is following this thread for results and impressions, it has now come to a close. We all know sometimes things just fall in our laps, and that happened to me. I scored a deal on a lightly used, unmodded 2011 Evo X. No longer do i have the speed.

For final impressions of this turbo: I have ridden in 3071's, 3076's, and 35r's. Out of all the turbo setups, I feel this one is the best for anyone looking for a good daily driving turbo setup that still makes fantastic power. I know I never hit the dyno, but i have a buddy who is looking to buy the speed, and i should be able to convince him to hit the dyno before he heads to germany. VD, with the 1.25 correction factor we see on the dyno's up here, with my last logs had me at about 415/450 to the wheels. I know this is probably pretty generous, as previously discussed in this thread (at lenght, lol) but it gives comparison to the KO4 numbers I had.

Tuning with @Lex; was a pleasure the WHOLE time, and I couldn't be happier with the results and the customer service. I reccomend Stratified to ANYONE looking for a tune. Never once did I worry about my car doing something crazy. Lex always had the answers to put my mind at ease when I was over reacting from some small issue. lol

Thanks again to @EdgeAutosport.com; for all the support and the great deal on parts, i'll be hitting you guys up for the evo as well. And thanks to @atvfreek; and @snailD; for answering my random questions through this whole process.

Congrats on the new ride. Sorry to see you go. I have been intrigued with GTX2867r by reading your thread and all the successful stories of this turbo that I am in your foot steps.

All is forgiven for going DSM if you leave your avatar alone. Congrats on the new ride.
