how did you two make out on pulling the engine? Also, just noticed that you're using a catted dp and non-catted dp, think that will cause you any headaches down the line as far as predictability?

@keefover hell of a job. I was gonna go twin gt28's to eliminate the problems the stock k04's have but I've decided in November 2011 to do a radical compound turbo build HTA3076R over a HTA3794R. I'm def subbed for the results of this...haha maybe we'll be the only twin turbo MS6's lol

Do you plan on relocating the battery for more room? Also what do you plan on doing about the right k04 compressor outlet being clocked downward?

The battery will be relocated to the trunk. I'm using a 90° Cupler to route the hot pipe underneath the master cylinder where it will connect to the other hot pipe directly over the shifter linkage.

1 to 6 ratio E85 mix might be a possibility for the future. I plan on just running pump gas 91 octane with the methanol injection to start with. I really woul like a tune that isn't dependent on methanol hence the god sized IC.

Ok cool what I had conceptualized for my set up was relocating the batt to the trunk as well and utilizing the space where you placed the k04 on the left with the same orientation for my HP turbo and put the LP turbo above the shift linkage area.

What are you welding with? Do you have much experience fabricating and welding? If you have any questions at all, lemme know. But it looks like you got this shit under control.

really my only next concern is if two 10 an drain lines t'ing into one is going to allow for enough drain from the turbo. I would hate to start pushing some boost and smoke these turbos right off the bat. i was going to go for a y shaped an fitting but those fuckers are like 35 bucks and they really don't look like they will provide any better flow. any ideas besides making another hole in the block?

Drop your oil pan and have a fitting welded onto it. You could probably get way with drilling a hole in your windage tray, though. I know a lot of aftermarket turbo kits for N/A cars have instructions for drilling the windage tray, but you just need to know where to drill, haha.

Possibly enlarge the hole already there and use the Y fitting to merge into it. Not sure how scavenging will be effected. Y the larger hole thought.

I like the idea of just welding on an extra bulk head AN fitting. I did the same thing on my friend's vr6 vw when he added a turbo.
