After @CWP_MS3 blew my transfer case I decided to upgrade a few parts while the car was down for a few weeks. I wanted to go BT for a while but kept putting it off. One of those reasons was to capture the Mazdaspeed/MPS stock turbo record from @h.h.sk1nny. The other was financial. Thanks to sixual panda hookin me up with a sick deal on his old gt3071r and some local nator deals, I’m almost ready to join the BT club.
My goal is to make about 375 without aux fueling and 400+ with 5th port/meth. Reversed boost taper should keep the ZZB away. I should be good for mid to high 11 second ¼ mile times. Traps should be 116 - 118 mph.

Polished JMF intake manifold
ACT 6 Puck w/Street Light Fly Wheel
Polished JBR Wide Path Intake (Custom made without brackets and valve cover venting)
Bearing Caps from 06Speed6 (pending new production)
Polished JMF vented OCC
Perm crank case plate (waiting on production)
Powder Coated Misc. Parts

Actually it was a bearing cap failure, from a launch.

Good work Rich! I plan on putting in this gt2871r as soon as I take my record back in a few months! You may as well wait for bt, cuz you will want to put the k04 back in and take the record back, from when i take it from you taking it from me. If that makes sense lol

Im going after this record now selling my BT kit to make this goal of 11's with k04 happen. With my RICHTUNE and the current record k04 on the car should be able to make it happen.

Speaking of valves... superskaterxes; I have a bone to pick with you, sir! Leaving the vacuum on outlet side instead of the suction side. Put it in the intake port, hit the power button and b12 everywhere!

You laugh, but remember who that hit was intended for. He knew you was coming, he knew you was gonna use the vacuum and he knew you were going to be using flammable liquids.

Tommy, I hope your ready to spend some serious cash on misc. bullshit. Get your drag bags, larger MAF, rear diff mount, dss axle, 06speed6 bearing caps, fmic, etc...

Yes it will fit the ms6 it came off a ms6

Na. I probably should have asked if this is a top mount setup or not. If it is I just have a 90* tube off the turbo into the mad housing and then a filter

I may need the GS ebc. However, I already has 3 bar. Wait why do you have this stuff? Were you planning on going BT at some point?

Had these parts for awhile...BNR may have been in the future of the speed3....guess the FR-S will have to get turbo'ed now....

It takes 2-3 hours. Make sure you have swivels and a friend
