Great Idea, but stock internals still on a bigger turbo will end up in zzb. Surprised it hasn't happened yet. Mad props to this guy! But people inform him of our weak rods before it shows through his block

Kind of long video, but a Lotus that is twin charged for 680whp at 2150lbs
better power to weight than an F1 car!! imagine one of the built engines going twin charged like op, but looking for BIG power

Yeah that Lotus is pretty wicked. To me it's just about the perfect car.

But with pushing that much power he goes through engines fast.

My point is still valid, that lotus is nowhere near the power to weight of any remotely recent f1 car. They were supposedly over 1500 in qualifying when they would disconnect The waste gate.

I was just summing up what he said.. I was not aware that F1 cars made that much power, but thinking about it seems unlikely that he's making/made better power to weight. His claim, still the car is fucking ridiculous

I replace the engine every 10 minutes though.

In our application his setup makes more sense anyway, we don't need a supercharger for the top end power but for low end torque on a big turbo car. The turbo will compound the boost nicely and while it's spooling we don't just have an n/a car. You know that of course, but why not say it anyway

Thats kinda my point... its a pointless comparison if you arent making it to a modern F1 car. by that measure, a CX-5 has more power than a fighter plane, battleship, locomotive, and most race cars.

Default Twin Charged Mazdaspeed 3

I'd also like to see a dyno sheet to look at how the torque curve differs from a single turbo application. To me a twin charged, compound, or sequential charged build should be entertained above the 600whp mark.

I only say because our motors spool turbos retarded quick. Even @NJSPEED3; car spooled his turbo like a boss. Nevertheless I can't hate on this build because my crazy ass is doing something similar anyway.
