Oh, you'll definitely gain with the drop in temps/humidity. That's a battle I fight every year my friend. Hence my use of meth.

I concur...zero drone at any RPM/gear...def doesn't have the 3K RPM 80MPH interstate drone anymore...that is traded for a loud idle...super loud cold start fast idle....medium loud to loud, hollow growl during acceleration up to ~3-3.5K then about the same as OE....all this observed from in cabin...no idea how it sounds to the rest of the world.

isn't the majority of the issue the backpressue in the EM raising the PR at the turbine and not the DP?
