Carbon Fiber Spoiler Available

CS recommends (in the insructions) you get it sprayed clear before putting it on. Did you do that? It sounds like that's the finish it comes with from CS.

@CorkSport; why do you recommend the wing be sprayed before installation?

I don't prefer it because if I could have woven carbon fiber for all body panels on my car I would. For years I have wished car finishes would go somewhere interesting. And I drooled when I saw the sesto elemento. I may decide to do this wing anyway. That last set of pics that pdc posted is kinda drool-worthy.

I haven't put any UV clear coat on yet. For me right now I'm just driving it around to see if it holds up to my daily driving and as long as it holds, I'll get it cleared.

The UV coating is just a good idea with carbon parts and making sure the clear doesn't cloud up over time.
