Default CorkSport Aluminum Skid Tray for the 2010+ Mazdaspeed 3

why of all cars wold a ms3 need a metal skid tray?

for all that rally driving?

i mean for real i would be all over this if it was out for my ms6

prolly never would buy it if it if i owned a ms3... then again, some ppl just need something to buy, they dont really think about stuff like "why" or "for what purpose"

unless of course its just meant to be a stock replacement and doesnt provide any added rigidity... how could it? without a huge penelty in weight

This can be pretty useful if you are lowered and drive your car in climates where snow is prevalent. The added weight is not that great and it protects the undercarriage better than the stock tray. I see your point but this can be a pretty good investment in the long run.

Some people buy mudflaps for our cars to protect rocks and debris from being thrown against the side of the car while others thing it’s a complete waste of money.
