You are always going to have defects or issues. Always. Yes, you want to limit them - but when you do slow the process down, you get complaint threads whining that parts aren't available quickly enough. Reference Corksports 3" intake, big brake kit, hood scoop, suspension, etc. While it sucks, I accept that as part of consumerism - what I require is a company that goes to any length they can to fix a problem when it's brought to their attention. While I've only had minor issues with Corksport, when I called them and talked to Derrick, I have never hung up feeling like I was shafted - or that Corksport was not on my side.

I understand your complaint. And I think everyone should strive for the ideal. Until then, I personally feel Corksport does an exceptional job with customer service (when they're contacted offline).

P.S. - More QC would be nice. I do agree with that point.
No where have a bashed corks port on there customer service. The only dude I ever had issue with was Joel cause he is a giant drag. He is gone and it's for the better.

People are not patient they will get over it. I would much rather see parts get released that don't need 2 or 3 revisions inside of a year and wait a longer period of time for said parts. Than buying the part and launch having to take it off send it back. Then do it again for another revisions. You get my point.

Quality is always greater than quantity. I have never seen an example where that statement is not true.
