My HPFP has seemed to be more noisy lately. It was usually only when it was cold, but now I hear it more. I've had ATs in for 5+ years and 150k miles. Interested to see what you find.

...Or maybe you're commanding too much fuel rail pressure in certain areas. I'd stick with the factory target fuel rail pressure at least in the closed loop areas of the fuel pressure tables, if not for the entire tables.

Is your pressure relief valve still good?

Only reason i ask is because i know the ticking can get louder when that valve starts to fail.

Just some food for thought.....
