(Thread Starter) |   Not Ranked : 0 score  Thanks! I ordered a TIP late on Thursday, 4/25. I had tracking by noon on Friday, and the TIP arrived on Monday, at about noon. Fantastic customer service and the TIP was perfect. Just wanted to say thank you for being one of those few companies that have their ish together. Makes me warm and fuzzy.
