So I don't care if I'm sponsored but PLEASE.....PLEASE.....PLEASE.....give your 3" intake to a knowledgeable MS6 owner who will give pictures of install and feedback on its fitment in the MS6. This is the single reason I haven't bought it to replace my stage 2 from you guys.

Also, us MS6 guys still need you to re-release the FMIC for the MS6.

I imagine what most people want from you is free "stuff" in exchange for nothing, while offering vague promises you use your "stuff" while being cool and driving their awesome car. Those people should be sent large empty boxes COD..

In our context most sposorships involve nothing more than testing or installing alpha or beta versions of products and proving feedback and/or complete DIY type install instructions. If revisions are made then the new part is installed and feedback given. Once a product is finalized the tester gets a finished part free of charge(or at costif materials costs are high), with little or no other obligations.

I want to send you a timeslip from the track, a video of me doing well on at an autoX, and/or a trophy from a car show.
Then I want a t-shirt, hat and a sticker.
Then I want to work my way up some kind of ladder to the next level of sponsorship. I'll do this by winning or doing well in races, carshows, etc, with the sticker on my car and my hat n' t-shirt on.
More and more CS parts, faster and faster I go, other companies see me doing well. Pretty soon I'm in a caged, blown Miata, turning 2 min laps at Laguna Seca. Win Win for everybody.

The tricky part is "winning or doing well in races".

I think there can be different levels of sponsorship. Level 1 like ssinstaller said people to test, and provide feedback not only to you but to the community. That could be compensated with a final production part. Level two could be a decent discount for people who are really active in the community and will represent your name at a certain amount of shows per year. Then level 3 would be a full sponsorship for people that are active in the mazda community and racing community. They would be required to represent you in a certain amount of races per year and to provide written feed back to the company and forums a few times a year to keep their sponsorship.


That is just my opinion but what do I know. I'm just a guy who likes to turn wrenches for my own pleasure
