(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Just wanted to pop a note in here to say thank you to Vincent and the team at CS for resolving a warranty issue quickly and professionally. I was technically outside of the warranty, but they stepped up and did the right thing and that folks is why I buy CS products. Shit is going to fail, its what a company does afterwards that earns/losses my business.

| Not Ranked : 0 score I know some of the guys around here aren't big fans, but CS has always been good to me. I think the biggest gripe I can level at them is shipping charges, but that really comes down to the JBR and DM guys offering free domestic shipping, by comparison. The fact that they continue to support and regularly develop new parts for a discontinued platform is huge, and they always seem to have fun doing their thing (I have made some pretty silly 'special note' requests on my orders and they've honored every single one...everything from polling the entire staff on who the best Ninja Turtle is, to tossing in a couple of air fresheners to combat wet dog smell, to [my personal favorite] Vincent writing a full-length letter to my then-fiancee, now-wife, to explain to her why she should support my modding bug. Hell, they even gift wrapped my AP when I mentioned in the notes that it was a bday splurge for myself). Things are bound to go south from time to time when you're talking performance parts, but they always seem to do everything they can to make it right when issues pop up. These guys and gals are definitely alright in my book.

| Not Ranked : 0 score So why buy CS products? Because they are generally good products, and some of them have never been addressed by other vendors (steering wheel, custom direct fit BB kit, softer RMM - which now they don't make any more, short shifter kit, all sorts of inserts, probably the best injector seals, and so on). Too bad their customer service and tech support lost quite a lot of its quality in the last 1-2 years. Of course this will not prevent me from buying further their well rated products, but it's sad that once in a while and have to email them back and tell them not what they would probably want to hear.
