i know with hours if searching i could figure out a list of things i need, but im in school and i was thinking maybe i could seek the knoledge of the people on msf.

GOAL: Win a 1/4 mile against a 450whp supra that does +-13s

I was thinking AP, fmic, 3076/bt goodies, rear diffmount, short shiftter, hpfp... there is probably a LOT of stuff i missed and thats why im asking you.

A 450whp supra that ONLY can run a 13??? Wat up wit dat. Is there a gang of fat chicks in the back? You can do that with just bolt ons.

But if one were to drop 10k you'll need to address more than just power. A stronger clutch, suspension and brake upgrades are necessary ingredients to a fast car recipe imho. Lets not forget about some chassis bracing and sticky tires. What good is lots-o-powah if it will just twist the chassis into a pretzel and burn rubber.

Then you'll need to research and address the weak points. Motor and diff mounts, and the rear axles have a slight history of failure.

But more on point, is you've picked the wrong machine for drag racing imho. Apparently this supra needs a driver mod and some sticky tires. you may be hard pressed to keep up with a well built supra of equal investment. The MS6 is a bit on the heavy side and will need 4 up shifts to complete the quarter.

Lastly, build your car for you. You gotta drive it, so you gotta love it.

Intake, AP, downpipe, fmic, hpfp, wheels, slicks and driver mod is good for 12's. Keep the extra $8k and put it towards what you owe on the car.

Haha you don't need 10k to do 13s passes. Fully bolted will do that, but if you have the skrilla

big maf intake

mbc or ebcs
upgraded intercooler
manifold, or you can stay with stock mani
full turbo back exhaust
hpfp internals

Bam 4-5k and low 12s passes.
