Default ATP downpipe

I was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me if the atp long downpipe would be compatible with the COBB ap stage 2+ tune.

simply. Yes. You also need upgraded pump internals to run that tune safely.

I heard that the fuel pump was only necessary with the gen2s. I know it is recommended and I will install within a month but will it be ok if I run this tune without the upgraded internals for a month or two?

If you got ur AP, monitor the fuel pressure... if its holding above 1600psi you should be fine while you wait for the install.

I would just drive like a granny till you get the upgrade just in case (lay off high boost/WOT).

Alright I'll try my best not to push it too hard. Hopefully I get this upgrade soon so I can have some fun with the new map and downpipe

Also I'm still running the old COBB maps where it doesn't require the fuel pump in the map I will be installing but I have notice that it does in the new maps. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not but I figured I would just let you guys know.

It does make a difference. In the new stage 2 maps the ECU is expecting a fuel pump that can handle higher pressures than stock, so I wouldn't flash to stage 2 until you have the new internals installed but thats just me.

Yeah keep an eye on it and get the internals before the stock ones fail.

also, when you upgrade the internals you will notice your AFR holds so much better at high RPMS. when i upgraded mine and had done a DYNO before and after the numbers were crazy better! but the AP didnt really show that it was bad FP internals, they just made a huge difference.

Anything below 1600 psi at WOT and I would start to get concerned.
