Going from a big turbo, 400+WHP car to a 270WHP car always sucks, lol.

I really miss the SRT sometimes, especially how easy and cheap it is to make lots of power. Not to mention the fact that all of the work that was done on my SRT was done by me alone in my garage (only exception to that was the clutch), so I'll always miss it for those reasons.

But for a DD, the MS3 is way more comfortable than the SRT, and handles a lot better stock for stock.

An '86 Mitsubishi Starion TSi. It was a very fun car... when it ran well. It later became a money pit... wait, I still drive a money pit. FML. I will always miss that car. It was clean as fuck and turned heads everywhere.

2004 Mazda 3 - Sedan, no mods.
1997 Dodge Avenger - Ended up loosing oil pressure on the highway because an idiot tech crushed my oil pan and didn't bother to mention it.
1992 Mazda Protege - hand-me-down car that was sold for scraps it was so bad. Got $200 for it...

How was that CL type S? SOHC right? very sleeper?

I always heard about transmission issues though, I know a dude who went to it from an S2K thinking it'd be the shit after was done with it.

For some reason I never read very good perfomance numbers from what that engine is rated at .

The Daytona is what started it all......picked it up from a mechanic for $300 with a re-built top end, 179,000 miles and a promise that it would never run again. Saw that big square "turbo" gauge in the center of the dash and I've been hooked ever since

Mine went like this
89 Grand Cherokee Limited
93 Ford Bronco (OJ Edition)
00 Jeep Wrangler
03 z71 Tahoe
05 Magnum R/t
03 6.0 Excursion (Still have)

Before I bought this car I wanted to sell the Excursion and get into a GCSRT8 or an STi. Once I sat down and saw how much it would cost I decided against it (I'm the cheapest bastard you will ever meet). I went and looked at WRX's and couldn't get a deal on one. Went and test drove the MS3 and fell in love. I still can't believe the deal i was able to get. Love every minute of having this little bastard.

i had an 08 mazda6s touring. put a jdm catback exhaust on it, and an AEM cold air intake. was fun, handled good, and was kinda quick. sounded good with an exhaust, but was slow as shit for a v6. kinda miss it, but i love the ms3.

Started out in an '88 Caprice 9C1 and built a 3 ton flying brick out of it. Great platform. Then got a 2001 maxima to be driven daily. Sold both and bought the 2010 MS3. Working on it compared to my Chevy is no fun. But I do enjoy having a skid pad of less than 3 million feet

Reverse order, not including the speed

02 Millenia S (spawned my need for more speed)
91 626 (5speed and fairly quick, considering what it was)
91 Civic DX hatch (my pops traded me this when the olds gave up on me)
81 Olds Cutlass (the biggest POS I've owned)
90 Oldsmobile 88 (red velvet factory interior and a system that set off car alarms... pimpin')
76 F-100 Custom (built 302. It was my first 'un. Bought it with the engine installed and tuned. It was waaaay too much for a 16yo, but the steel body eased the 'rents minds)

Before I brought the Speed6, I had an 04 Mazda 6S that I loved. Had to give back because it was leased.

Then I brought an 05 Volvo S60R which was a blast. To bad the AWD was glass. Blew it apart about two years after I got it with only 70K miles on it. Loved the car and wish I still had it up until I got the MS6.

After that, I brought a brand new 2011 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium. Nice car but boring as hell. Could not wait to get rid of it. Not sure what I was thinking with that one.

'03 Silverado SS is what I drove prior to having the MS3. Had about 450-475 HP, OBX Long tube headers, custom intake, 1.8 rockers, HPT tuned by me, 3500 stall, built trans, custom CAI, electric fans, BSER Roll Pan, Centerline wheels... AWD was nice in winter and for blasting off around corners, but I missed not being able to burn out. First and only car/truck that I've ever really missed. Did 21 MPG on E85 too.

87 foxbody here. Bone stock with a intake made 214whp 300wtq .. ran consistant 9.2 sec 1/8th miles with 2.2 60' on street tires. It was alot of fun and I still miss it. Toped it out one day at 147mph LOL
