Default Car not reaching target boost

Car has been feeling sluggish from what i could tell, Did two datalogs and seems like the car is no where near 15.5 or the 16.5 targeted for the ots stage 1 +. Checked over car checked over intercooler tubes and all good, Turbo was replaced by mazda maybe 10k ago, Car has 71,xxx miles. Mods are fuel pump internals, cobb sf and tih, ap, and a hks bov which is vta. Siliconed around the bov just to be sure of things.

Were you hitting targets prior? Do have logs of your car hitting targets? What changes have you made since the issue? Did you just install your mods?

1.Boost Leak Test not a visual "check"
2.post clean logs. These have garbled data
3.reflash map.
4.remove the HKS replace with stock, shake the rice off.

Kuddos on the 19.62 KR

Mods have been done for quite a while. If i made any mistake it was not logging after the turbo was replaced by mazda. I know for a fact prior to that i was reaching target boost. I never once checked after the replacement assuming all was good. I went from 3k to about redline in 4th gear the logs say diffrently, not sure what i did wrong. Wish i had the stock bpv but i do not. What did i do wrong for the log to be all over the place? I wish i knew how in the world i got that horrible knock... Should i just put the stage 0 ots in and go from there?

I seriously doubt you really got KR of 19 and HPFP of 1.29. Update your AP, reflash the map appropriate for your mods and set logging parameters to default.

side note: check things like your MAF sensor & ECU harness, make sure they're plugged in, clean and not shorting out on something.

I can't stress an actual boost leak test enough.

I wonder if it could be an issue with the ap. It's seems to be entire horizontal cells that have skewed results. Possibly try uninstalling the ap and reinstalling

Did you update the AP and re-flash the map? Have you tried uninstalling the AP? Try re-installing the AP.

Have you ever taken a good log? Did you just recently install the AP? or is this all occurring out of nowhere?

Had the accessport since February, its up to date, reflashed on ecu. same issue. Correct me if im wrong but, i go to datalog screen i get to about 3,000 rpm press ok. It starts logging i pull all the way to redline than i let off and press ok again to stop the datalog. I watched it log and i watched it stop when i finished the pull i dont know what the heck could be wrong with the log. And no unfortunately i have never take a good log because i simply put the ots stage 1 in when i got it. Watched and monitored to see if it had taken effect and it did but never bothered to datalog because i knew it was fine, its only now that im getting this boost issue and its noticeably slower.

Well looking at ur log i can see that the weirdness in ur log is most likely on ur computer program then the ap as the data is there but a line or 2 gets shifted to shit.

Also it seems your wastegate cycle is pretty low. Have you checked all ur lines from the turbo to wastegate and wastegate to ebcs. I bet ur issue is in that area. And if all else feels why not make a adjustment to ur map and change wastegate valves? U said u have a new turbo so maybe shit just runs different from ur old turbo.

From the stock ebcs everything is there. Even disconnected it and it only went to 7 psi. Only one i havent checked is the actuator to the turbo. Figured if that one was fubared it would be overboosting? Havent touched anything on the accessport other than just put a ots map on it. I drove it and checked over the duty cycle it was reaching 99%. This thing is annoying me. Thinking about stocking out and having mazda check over it since they touched that area last. Trying to avoid that.

No idea about the redline thing. But are you saying on a 4th gear log u are seeing 99% wastegate and are not hitting target? Sounds like a boost leak. Visual is not enough and from what it sounds like its with the ecbs area.

Dont take it to mazda when all you need to do is boost leak test it to find your issue. It could be something so simple man.

Nah man u need to boost leak. Running 17 psi tho all those pipes a hose is way different when you are looking at it in ur parking lot.

My point is the only to find out wjats happening is to put the same psi u run thu ur car with a tester to see where your air is going.

I am tired and cant explain it. But that air is going somewhere and you wont know untill you do a boost leak test. Then kick urself when its something that u tighten 3x already lol. Trust me. U will only find the issue with psi in the system or u get lucky bc its ovb.

You cant ask for help then not tale the advise or do things "ur way". Make a tester for $20 and find you leak

Okay well at this point it would be alot easier to just buy a tester. Making it would require me to buy the material plus build the damn thing which i dont have the tools for. Where can i buy one so i can just get this over with.

will this work?

will this work?

Looks good just make sure its the size you need. If u wanna do it from the intake match it to ur intake. If from turbo then yes i believe 2.0" will work fine.
