(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score So I've been holding off on my longblock purchase because I've been rebuilding the trans and I bought a 2018 ST as a daily driver. But anyways a while ago I had looked into the corksport Dankai blocks at that time they had just been released and it seemed as if no one had them in their cars yet and I'm just looking now and it doesn't seem as if anyone either has them in their cars or no one's writing reviews on them so I'm just trying to find out if there's any word on the quality of their builds yet. I mean a lot of the other build companies don't necessarily have reviews on their website but you here by word of mouth on the forums how well their build hold up or not and I haven't really heard anyone talking about the corksport motors honesty I would be interested in having one of their Motors in my car because I have 90% of corksport parts in my car so it would just be nice to have a complete corksport MS6. if the corksport guys are on here and read this or anyone else knows of members that have their Motors and can point me towards them so I could ask them questions that would be great I'm just curious about the quality after break-in and if they're holding compression, burning oil, leaks, part failures anything like that? thanks

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yeah, I have one in my Speed 6. It's just a DD but so far it's been really good, it shipped very fast and it was virtually ready to drop in out of the box.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Ok, so you have the stage 1 block, you say daily driver, is it ya modded at all? And how many miles are currently at and the last time you did a compression test what was it at? And if you did a comp test when you received it what was it at arrival?

| Not Ranked : 0 score Didn't do a compression test at arrival, but did one a few days ago and got 170,165,165,160 or something like that. test was done cold in the parking lot, I'd have to see how many miles are on the engine now. Intake, downpipe, CS turbo, CS FMIC, the usual stuff. Need a new hotside for the turbo before I can really start tuning since its the first version.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I'd like to know what a comp test results at operating temp is, with the throttle open completely. Thatd give me the best idea of what your at now. Im just trying to see what kind of reliability I am possibly looking at before I pull the trigger and buy one. N if you can figure the miles that be great too. Lemme know if you come up with something

| Not Ranked : 0 score It was brought up before and these engines are not truly blueprinted. An incredible amount of work goes into doing so. Regardless, I'm sure the motor will last a good long time!
