My outer boot on my dss axle is toast and is leaking grease. Can I use the oem boot from the dealer to replace it? If not does anybody know what will work? Thanks ahead of time

I would call DSS. If you can afford the downtime send your axles in to them for a rebuild.

Define "toast". Is it a small hole or a big tear? Makes a difference. If it is a small hole and the CV joint is not making noise, it is probably still clean inside and has not picked up any road dirt, grit, sand and such. RTV black sealant from Permatex can fix that, if it is small. If you try this, you must thoroughly clean the outside of the boot with degreaser and alcohol and rough up the area around the tear with sandpaper or steel wool to give the RTV a clean surface to adhere to. Don't even try this if the hole is larger than about an 1/8" or so, maybe 1/4" at most.

But, if it is already making noise or you know it has lost a good bit of grease, then replacement is what you need to do.

If you can find a company that can rebuild it, they may be able to ship you a rebuilt unit, charge you a core charge and then you get the core charge back when you send yours back.

I'm afraid I don't know anything about DSS, but if that is the company that made your axle, then check with them.

I had a tear in my OEM boot and just got it repaired locally with new oil/grease. I'm sure you can find someone local as well. Dudes here got it done in 2hrs.
