Engine swap help

Okay so I loaned some friends my car. While they had it a radiator hose popped off and they drove the car till it stopped. I removed the spark plugs to find cylinders full of antifreeze. I turned the car over and the engine could barley spit any of the water out. At this point I'm cutting my loses and swapping the engine the car is a 2007 Mazda 3 with a 2.0L automatic transmission. I was wondering if anyone has a guide or step by step instructions on removal and installation. Also a list of parts/gaskets that I should swap along the way obviously I think to do the timing water pump plugs wires and coils but idk what other gaskets Or parts to replace as well. Any help I can get would be awesome I want this to go smoothly as possible I don't have a lift so the engine will have to come out from the top.

Well these websites aren't exactly mobile friendly I searched the Internet for days for this info I just ended up buying myself a Haynes manual

There's an engine forum that has good info. A couple threads even have spreadsheets attached with part numbers. Head over and check it out! Can you tell what I'm working on...
I can sum up the Haynes manual and save you $21. "Take all the bolts out. Installation is reverse of removal." Ta-da. Free!
