I'll prolly just do it myself, haven't done it since my buddies iroc z in high school but curious what your cost is.

Right now we are only doing the scroll area. There are greater gains to be had in there vs doing the whole manifold. The scroll housing should be around $190 with ceramic coating (this is a guess because I am still waiting to see what they are going to charge me for the ceramic) and the manifold, that should be pretty straight forward and around $125 with ceramic. I hope to have dyno numbers in a week or 2 with the turbine housing on 311's car.
