Don't worry about this. Evo's have to abide by FWD rules and demands to try and make the race as fair as possible. It's the burden anyone with traction must bear when dealing with FWD cars.

That's true, I won't lie. He'd destroy me from a dig, I think everyone knows that. But what's the fun in posting a Mazda get beat by an Evo from a dig? Everyone expects that, we've probably all experienced that. People don't want to see the rule, they want to see the exception to the rule. If I could afford it, I'd have an AWD, but I'm a college student on a budget. FWD = Cheap. But when cheap beats +10k superior AWD cars, that's worth posting. Make excuses and throw challenges, but the video has spoken.

Yeah, that is why I was asking. The avatar is Ex-Yugoslavia but I am not Croatian--all the same shit anyways.

Go on make ur excuses, we all know at the end of the day it comes down to hp/$$ so the way I see it evo's lose regardless. I'll keep my extra $20k give or take in the bank.

Way I see it you FWD guys save 10k to have cars that can only show potential under very specific circumstances.

Case in point if a rolls a roll be it 1 mph or 30 there should be no complaints. If a digs a dig you shouldn't need slicks and a prep'd track surface to take in coming challenges. Unfortunately FWD cars can't roll around on slicks all year round and be able to enjoy their cars to their full potential.

The Ms6 guys are better off fighting your battles for you. At least those guys do digs and rolls with out hesitation.

Thanks! Yeah, I had to roll all 4 fenders and only pull the rears. The front has a 3mm spacer to clear the strut. No rubbing issues unless I have 5 people in my car or something, then the rear tires will rub on the wheel well.

My car is all over the Aggressive Offset thread if you want more info. Pretty much everything you'd want to know about my wheels/tires/suspension/alignment/camber/etc is on there

Can someone tell me why the Evo X was tuned at 319WTQ...My Sti friend: "You can tune stock evo's to 300wtq, how did it only get 19 more tq but like 70 more hp....something isn't right" (Of course with him if a speed 3 beats anything it's "not right" )

I just realized thats the Evo X SE, it has the dual clutch tranny.

The stock dual clutch tranny cant handle large amounts of torque.

Would have been a different result in the vid with the GSR and similiar power mods.
