Happy Monday guys. Idk how often any of you browse the 2nd Gen forums but for those that don't know I'm in the process of trying to figure out the production total of our cars. To my knowledge Mazda hasn't released this information so there is only rough estimates. So far I've been working on the 2nd Gen because I figured it was a newer car so there might be more interest and less that have been totaled, salvaged, etc. So far I've mapped out almost 1K VINs and counting, but there hasn't been much participation in people adding their own info, this is fine because i'll eventually figure them all out it just will take longer since I have to search number by number. But I figured I'd open a thread for you guys to see if there is any interest in people willingly providing their info. If so i'll work on both gen simultaneously. I'm attaching a screenshot so you have an idea of what it looks like, if anyone has any suggestions of feedback just let me know.

Update:
Back again for an update, due to demand on FB I've officially started the 1st Gens. Since I started with the Gen Pu's there is way more but I'm focused on working on them both at the same time, but it may be awhile until they're even close in amount. I'm attaching a link to the spreadsheet view-able by browser. As far as the spreadsheet goes, the red cars are completely totaled and not roadworthy, the yellow ones have "Unclean" titles which can be anything from an accident to a salvage or rebuilt title. The blue ones are Canadian spec. This will probably change later but i didn't want to over complicate things. If the damage column has N/A it means no accident, and if there is no data in a column it means i haven't had a chance to add it to the spreadsheet yet. If anyone has any feedback, questions or suggestions let me know, as always feel free to send me your info. This can be done by PM if you don't want your VIN tied to your username.
