Can you give me a price on a single cat dp with an extra O2 bung, a 1/8" NPT EGR bung, and a 1/2" slash cut pipe with NPT threads welded into the outside of the bend that is just past the turbo?

Also how much extra to 2200* ceramic coat it?

I have the extra EGT bung and the slash cut pipe, both are 304 stainless.

ty for makin 6 parts before 3....

i'll buy from you just for that.

next you gotta make a Ms6 drive shaft...light weight aluminium.

intake manifold, front and rear differential gears, ur own coil overs or just seperate springs and shocks, something to make the clunk my steering column makes go away.

sway bars, end links, camber arms, single cat back exhaust for 6...

i'm thinking..

i'd like to see all this done by 2011 thank you.

The intake manifold will be done soon ,a front diff will be a bit harder to do but I have had them done for other cars in the past and if I had 10 guys I know I can get it done . End links should not be any issue and the single cat back will also be done soon - a few weeks . Also the aluminum drive shaft are no problem , I would just need a few guys together to get a good price on them .

dude, if you are serious count me in on being one of the 10 guys you need.

I'd honestly like a drive shaft and intake manifold done first but thats obviously up to you.
NC isnt such a far drive from NY..

I am interested in getting that new crash bar done by you first thing anyway so could you please tell me the specs for the largest, thickest intercooler core I will be able to fit in there with your new crash bar.

as well, when i'm there getting my new crash bar installed by you guys i'd do the fmic my install myself and If needed you can get the measurments and specs for the drive shaft off of mine.

lemme know if we can work something out for the crash bar and drive shaft...

one last thing...I'll be PMing you soon about that GT35r comp housing...need to pay some bills first.

TY TY TY for the support and so far it seems that you have kept your word on everything you said you would do and not to mention you work faster then any other I have seen around these parts.

EDIT: sorry for getting off topic in this thread...maybe make a thread for interest on these talked about items and maybe a rough price on some of these things as well?

The crash bar really opens everything up in there but , wait on that because running a HUGE core doesn't mean you're making the most power you can from it . I can work you a fair price on that FMIC . As I get parts done I will make thread and post prices .. I know that many of the parts you've asked about will be done fairly soon . :

Looks like this coming week , we're good to take orders . Contact me Via PM and give me the details of what you need on your DP , some are asking for extra bungs - the DP's will ALL come with an extension for the O2 sensor .

So if $475 is the price for no cats, how much for one w/ a cat?

I just don't want to deal w/ a check engine light all the time for not having a cat on my car...unless there's a way to fix that relatively easily...

Included in the price is an O2 extender which in 98% of cars allows you to run cats less with no cel .

I talked to Vincent at Burns Stainless today about the slash cut pipes into the exhaust, we may go with more than one and we may reduce the size of the pipe. Ill keep you posted with what we decide to do.

definitely let me know with a PM when you are are thinking about doing a downpipe for the MS3...Any chance for keeping the down pipe to test pipe separate instead of making the whole unit just one? Saves me in trying to sell off my current test pipe. lol

You can weld mild steel to stainless just fine, but it definitely won't last as long. It'll probably turn into a lil rust blob on your exhaust, haha.

Does it have to be AN?

actually , you can weld carbon steel to stainless and make it last by using the correct welding material of which I happen to have like 10lbs of .

Well ive been doing some searching and I cannot find a stainless weld in male AN-10 fitting, but I have found a steel one. Can you weld a steel fitting onto a stainless tube for the pan vac system I am going to run? Or does it have to be stainless.

I need your address too so that I can just ship this stuff direct to you.

Yeah I need 3 stainless an-10 male flare weld on fittings. I am going to give BMRS a ring tomorrow, I have a hunch that they might have them, or know where I can get them.

If you have 3 stainless weld on an-10 flare fittings then its done and we can get the ball rolling. the only other thing you would need is about 4' of 1/2" schedule 80 SS pipe and some ~3/8" SS tube to support it on the downpipe.

Hell yeah, do you have 1/2" ID schedule 80 SS pipe? I want the slash cut welded in after the 2nd o2 and the cat, just before the flange. Then I want the pipe to run about half way up the dp, past the tcase etc to the welded on an-10 fitting. It will probably need some bracing to stay in place.

From there I will have a short hose running to another piece of SS pipe that will run from under the exhaust mani, around the rear corner of the block, ending just over the tcase with another fitting.

As far as the dp end of the pipe goes, if you could support the pipe maybe a couple inches off of the dp to cut down on heat transfer that would be awesome. The BMRS SS hose I am using is rated to around 500*F and I am worried about heat transfer through the fitting into the hose. As long as the fitting is pointed towards the block, above the transfer case, and under the exhaust mani, it will work for me. I have been leaning towards having the fitting be between the dp and the alternator but as long as I can get to it, it should be fine for me.

If you can ship me about 2' of pipe and two fittings ill handle the block mounted part.

Would there be any trouble mating your catted downpipe to the CP-E catback I already have? One more thing I wanted to get a quote for one shipped to 60077.

Won't be an issue man. It will bolt right up. Just PM Frank if you haven't already. He will take care of you.

I posted up pics of the 95% final version of the crankcase breather that the DP is going to be hooked to.

Check it out:
Crankcase breather system

Hold off on the dp till after the 15th, I just bought a new tire and did $750 worth of brake work this past weekend and I dont feel comfortable runnin my account to zero lol. All this work is $$$.
