Default THE OFFICIAL MSF NATIONWIDE DEALER SHIT LIST

Since many owners of quality Mazda products have fallen victim to not so quality service from not so quality dealers, I have taken it upon myself to provide a resource to fellow enthusiasts for the general good of the community.
*UPDATE*
RULES FOR SUBMISSION:
1) Make a post
2) Submit the dealership info as I have it in the formal list. IF ITS NOT IN THIS FORMAT IM NOT GOING TO ADD IT. DON"T MAKE ME SEARCH FOR THE FUCKING INFO.
3) Add a DETAILED description of the problem you had. "the service guy was/is dumb" or stuff like "I had a shitty time." is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
4) If you don't have a dealership to add to the list, DON'T POST. take it to pm's or start another thread.

galpin mazda van nuys, ca - i've had a few shitty dealings with mazda's service department at galpin mazda in van nuys on roscoe blvd. they will void warranties, so if you're bringing your car in, stock it out if you expect any warranty work done. they told me they wouldn't even change my oil. swear to fucking god.

neftin mazda thousand oaks/westlake village, ca - also, mazda in thousand oaks, put 5-20 oil in my car. fuck them. mazda will never see my car again

just a note here about shady dealers ... I called about 4 mazda dealers in the houston area for stock air box set ups.. a few said they didnt have it ... 1 dealer however said " yeah I might have it .. but in order to confirm its the right part I need your VIN " .... **CLICK** yeah right ... fuck you .. they are even taking vins for stock parts and flagging the car as modded ... what a bunch of dicks ... GSR said he had a friend asking mazda for a stock DP .. they also wanted a VIN ... fuckers

they ask for the vin to help find the correct parts for your specific car as opposed to giving you an airbox for a regular mazda6 or a v6mazda6. even still, i don't hand out my vin unless they absolutely need it. though wtf do i care at this point, i ain't got no warranty.

I tried to get some parts a couple of months ago, they told me there was no such thing as a Mazdaspeed 3. I had a "discussion" with the parts guy for 15 minutes that ended with me going outside to my car and getting my VIN. Even after looking it up by VIN, he persisted that he was right and my car was just a regular 3 with the optional turbo/intercooler/6-speed/LSD package. And yes, this is a mazdaspeed dealership.

I went to this dealership to get my smoking turbo fixed and an oil change after purchasing it at a different dealership. The service manager, who was a complete douche, said that the smoking was a "Delivery Issue," and that they could not service my car. The final straw was how they took 2 days with my car to "Check the Turbo," then the idiots put 5-W20 oil in it. After having the original dealership replace the turbo I ended up speaking with Mazda NA Customer Service and confirmed that I could take my car to any dealership to have warranty work done on it. Assholes.

Thanks for starting this thread Breakdown81!

They only have one mazda tech and he's an idiot!!!!!

When i bought the car in September it had an issue with the clutch and fuel pump, so I took it back to the dealer where I bought it. Big mistake, come to find out noe they are not a speed dealer and they have only one mazda tech. Well they pulled the trans to put in a new clutch and broke a lower control arm. Then when we finaly got the car back it had a oil leak, a coolant leak, and the shifter would not return to center. Well it only took about 6 months to get all that resolved and then the trans started grinding into second. So about 4 weeks ago they pulled the trans and tore it apart and fixed second. Well when I got the car back it wreaked of gear lube, so it went back and had a trans seal bad. So they replaced that 2 weeks ago and noe the car went back on Saturday because it is still pissing out gear lube....... Needless to say the car will not be going to that dealership ever again, if I ever get it back!!! In the 9 months i've owned the car i've driven 9 loaners!

Wow, I hope you get it back in perfect condition. At least beat the shit out of those loaner cars until you do.

Pretty much any shitty dealer will give you a new turbo. Even though my dealer sucks(for ex: $24 for 4 plastic bumper clips!!!!) I dont have any cats and i managed to argue enough to get them to believe that it was still under warranty. They are truly retarded too...said i had an HKS boost controller. Its a BOV.

Don Miller Mazda
5802 Odana Rd
Madison, WI 53719

Brought my car in for a low fuel pressure fix (TSB) took the tech for a ride and showed him via Dashhawk my fuel pressure. While talking he stated he sees lots of cars with bad turbos/ clutches/ motors and makes most of them customer pay!
Went to pick up my car the next day and was informed that my HPFP was not replaced due to the fact that I had a non approved CAI on my car! I was also informed that they called Mazda and informed them that there were aftermarket parts installed and that any future engine warranty would be questioned!

Edit: this was well before I had any of my mods listed below installed (FYI)

Biggers Mazda in Elgin, IL is actually a very good dealer and the service manager is a good guy. Just wanted to add a heads up for anyone going there for warranty work though. They are a test dealer for the Chicago area and if your car goes in for warranty work there an auditor could show up to inspect even thought the sm is cool with basic bolt ons.

Fuck them. Every time I go there for a diagnostics they have my car there the whole entire day and wont give me a loaner. Then I have to call myself and ask about the status on my car. The 3 times I went in they " could not replicate it."

Well, I think a little bit of more backround information on your car would be great... I just find it hard to digest that Don Miller is on any shit list. I have had zero problems with this dealer. I did not buy my speed3 from them, but brought it in to have them check it over. They looked it over, told me that all is well except a leaking back shock, and I paid. I purchased the car, have had now 5 oil changes in a row and love coming there. Bob always says how clean my car is ( eh hose it down ) and how he loves my full size sock monkey. I have talked to the 3 head service guys, and the deal with mods is this..... they do not give a shit if your on the juice, have a fmic, and a cobb ap. If your trying to get warranty the car, they have to report to Mazda what has been done to the car.
It is no different then working at Thermo King, some nob ass is trying to get warranty on his then sb-210 for belts slipping, when he put some aftermarket bullshit gator back belts on. Yes, he was denied warranty for slipping belts. Why should a dealer risk loosing there creditability for some hard ass that can not except reality if you mod your car.

had warranty work done on my car (transfer case) and a tire rotation. they pulled off my TT front motor mount and put it in the back seat. did not tell me that they took it off. they lost two screws from my plastic engine tray. they also forgot to put back my lug nut key in my trunk. i went up and talked to the service manager about all these problems a few days later. they said they would make it right. i said "no thanks. i would rather fix the problems myself instead of let you have another opportunity to screw up my car."

a few weeks later i was heading to lunch with a buddy of mine that owns a mazda3. he takes his car there for service. i noticed that is directional tires were on backwards. i asked him if he had a tire rotation recently, and he said that these guys rotated them about three weeks ago.

needless to say this is fail all the way around. the only shining light is that they gave me no hassle about my mods when i went in to the shop.

Complete douchebags, Went in to find out why my car was shaking violently , come to find out had a bolt missing from the driveshaft "holy shit i know" well they voided my whole powertrain due to me having a CAI, Stated that any performance part installed has the ability to increase power to make said components fail so they voided engine as well...I think thats powertrain as well but i know for a fact all my diffs and so forth are all on my own from now on.Yes this dealer is not mod friendly if your still wondering.

I went to the dealer on Saturday October 17th for an oil change. (Yes I'm lazy and it was raining).

I was the first car in at 7:45.

After enjoying the free coffee and wireless for and hour an 20 minutes!!!! I went to ask WTF was taking so long. The service dick said "they were just finishing it up" (without even getting up from his desk). 10 minutes later, I ask again. This time the service dick gets up and goes into the service area. He comes back a few minutes later and said "they are topping off the fluids". I ask why was it taking so long to perform a simple oil change? He said "the tech is really busy this morning". They have about 10 techs there.

Now I go to the service manager and say "Why is my car taking so long"? She tells me that they put my car on the lift, started to drain the oil, and forgot about my car. Before I could respond, she said that they would take care of it for me, and not charge me. This was a fully synthetic oil change.

They told me that they would mail me the paperwork. I said "Fuck that! I want to see what was done to my car".

They didn't top off any fluids, as I keep everything at the proper level.

They did, however, use the proper full synthetic oil.

I don't give a shit about the free oil change. I was willing to spend the money. My time was wasted, I had shit to do and my schedule was completely fucked for that day.

How can I trust a dealer to properly perform any other service on my car, when they forget my car is even there.

I took my car in for an oil change on 10/26/09. On 11/01/09 and maybe 50 miles on the oil change, I did my BSD and Oil Baffle install with plans on putting the oil in a clean container and putting it back in the car after the install. To my surprise, the oil that came out of my engine was as black as night and smelled old. I saved most of it and put in cheap PEAK brand oil. I'll be making a stop by there and speaking to management for a refund. I'll edit this post after that meeting.

PS - they also list the MS3 as having an automatic transmission.

Continental Mazda

Was going to go in there for warranty work on my faulty pulley tensioner, and they told me if I came in with my modifications, they would void my warranty (SRI/TIP/Boost Gauge/Motor Mount). Also, they said they recently voided someone's warranty on a Speed3 because they had a boost gauge installed. WTF? I have also heard that Continental dealers are notorious for having shoddy service at all of their dealerships. (Got this info from family friends who take their cars to continental dealerships for service... one that sticks out in mind is a family friend with an Acura MDX who took their car to Continental Acura and had terrible experiences with them [she didn't specify what happened], so she takes her car to a dealership 20 miles further away to have service done.)

I will tell you a small story of mine, (shared from another thread, they told me to post here)...

I went in, CASH MONEY, up front about it, bought my MS3. I was not tricky or anything, I told them straight out, on first walk up, I will be buying a car and paying in full, up front. I did not haggle on the price. They had a pretty good price and I said ok. I test drove the 2 MS3 cars they had on the lot. Neither were exactly what I wanted, but I decided to not even give a problem, just pick between the two. Went home did a lot of research and stayed in touch with the salesman everyday on where I was on my decision (test drove some other cars on other lots, like the Cobalt SS, etc). Three days later I called him and told him SOLD. Came straight in and paid. Filled everything out.

I had been telling him all along also that my wife was buying a mini-van and I had talked her up on the mazda one on their lot. It was her #1 choice among a couple others at other lots. But that it was basically a 90% done deal, she was really into it and liked the idea we both buy our vehicles at the same time, same place.

Now.. when we were finalizing my car, the one I picked didn't have tint on it. He said he would add that in for $300 and have it done at the dealership on pickup. I said ok, and we added it to the cost. The check was made out, it was done. Then I told him, ok, about the tint, I want 15% on it. He said ok. A day later, he calls me and says no deal on the tint... we will do it with 20% tint. I said, no, I want 15%. I understand if you can't do this, no problem. Just give me my $300 back and I know of a place that will. He says ok, I will get a check out to you tomorrow. Then he calls the next day and says, uhm... I am only giving you $200, as that is what it cost to do tint here. I reminded him of our entire conversation, then literally put my sister, then my wife on separately and had THEM swear to the conversation, pointing out the exact words that were said. Why did I do this? Because I wanted to be completely honest and not be mistook for someone trying to get something. Says he will talk to someone.

Next day, calls me up and says, sorry, can't do it, I sent you out your check for $150. I gasped, literally gasped. I said, wait... so I can't have my $300 back? NO! And NOW you're changing it to $150 when yesterday your lie was that it was $200? (those were my exact words to him). He went on to explain that it costs $150 to tint the windows there and we went around and around in circles.

One other point. I had already bought and paid for, in full, the extended warranty. Now remember, my wife's literally seconds away from saying yes to the van. Also to be paid, in full, on the spot. So I have some power... right? You'd think.. right? We are talking measley money here by comparison to what's on the line. His "manager" comes out, hair all slicked back and greasy with his chest all sticking way out with a "I'm in charge, you are in trouble" way about him. I have been calm the entire time. I'm a calm guy. In fact, I can be taken for too easy going... which leads credens like these to bully me. But I have a backbone and on points of principalities I am a ROCK. In a soft spoken voice, after he drops his speil of lies and BS, I say this...

Ok, you guys can obviously do what you want here, as it's painfully apparent at this point, you are going to do, so send me whatever amount you end up deciding on... $50, $150, $5, whatever but know this, b/c this is a point of principality and you are showing me in full, who you want to be and are going to be, I will be making my decision of buying the van and ALSO returning my extended warranty on my speed 3 based on your decision. If you don't understand that, then let me make it clear. If I do not recieve a check for the full $300 on the tint I paid for that you won't do. We are NOT buying that van (point to van beside us) and I am walking the EW over for a return right now.

He looks at me, and proudly says, sorry and walks off.

Ok, I know... not brief but that is EXACTLY what went down. Had I not signed everything and paid for the MS3 and held myself to my own principles, I would have returned that car as well.

p.s. on my first "free" oil change, not only did they not put enough oil in it, but b/c I was worried, I took my mileage down and when I got the car back, it had been driven 12 miles, I shit you not. For an oil change. I tell them about it... the manager in the shop comes out and says we pride ourselves we don't do this blah blah, this is why we take and sign the paper and put mileage on it, I say to him, you mean THIS one? I show it to him, he doesn't have mileage wrote down. I proceed to my car, which I haven't taken, with him there, open my glove box, open a notepad and pull out a piece of paper that had my mileage on it, minus the 12 miles on it currently and show it to him.

Coincidentally, a week earlier before this change, I got some kind of mazda usa email with customer satisfaction thing on it. I go back to it and fill it out and put what happened. THEN all a sudden I get a call from the manager and he's all upset, at me it sounds like, talking about their pride how they don't do this blah blah blah. Then he tells me this: the tech that did you car even has a MS3 and told me how awesome yours is and how good it looks and that he liked that he seen one as nice as yours as well kept as yours.

I don't know why he told me that. I just hung up. I hate these liars and just avoid them now at all costs.

Went to the local mazda dealer today and just figured I would touch base on the few things I wanted to do to my car. I wanted to be straight up and honest with them to see how they felt about certain parts. I was hoping the dealer would be cool and work with me, but I got way too many warning signs from my visit.

Warning sign one: The parts associate they had helping me was confused as hell. She had no clue what a mazdaspeed 3 was and kept looking up parts under the regular Mazda 3 order list. I kept telling her it was the other list... oh well.

Warning sign two: The service department made it clear that If I buy the intake from them, at a price of $499.99, they would warranty the car. If I buy an aftermarket intake it voids everything. Exhaust voids everything. They told me not to even bother coming in with the car if it has a single underhood mod in it regardless of what it was.

Warning sign three: Called to get a keyfob # a few weeks back and they refused to give me the number ID I needed for my car. They insisted I buy it from them and it would work just fine though. I called Classic Mazda dealer a few cities over and they gladly gave me all the info I needed.

Warning sign four: The service manager said, "As a matter of fact we got a Mazdaspeed3 sitting in our shop right now. The guy put an exhaust and a wastegate on it. Were not touching anything on the car, his warranty is done." Personally I don't think he needs to discuss other customers vehicles and situations with new customers that are coming into the dealership. Just my take on things.

Just a heads up that they will not warranty anything if you have a single mod.

+100000000000!!! Nelson Mazda BLOWS DICK! Stealership at its worst! They tried to give me 12k on an 06 GT mustang and sell the MS3 to me for 2k above MSRP. Went to OKC and same car, same offer(as long as I get a good price on the trade-in I'll do MSRP) deal within a few minutes.

Everyone is just unfriendly there period. I was walking around getting my alarm installed, the owner of the dealership came in looked at me with a evil stare, went to the operator lady that takes the customer service calls and really yelled at her, saying why is our customer over there by himself? I was truely shocked that he would even yell infront of a customer.

I didnt want to do this but they are doing it to themselves.
I had my transfer case replaced under warranty.

-they had my car 4 days while they diagnosed it. 4 day car rental paid by me.
- left things unplugged and loose, big vaccum leak when I picked up. returned a few mins later and they fixed.
- 5 miles down the road I lost a lugnut on the highway, severe vibration caused by loose lug nuts MY WHEEL WAS COMING OFF!
- I had to argue to get them to replace the wheel and not repaint it.
- Broke my rear o2 sensor, replaced on my own time and money.
- returned 2 weeks later to put a bolt on the turbo support back in because they forgot and to buff out scratches they made.
- Created more scratches (polishing compound) washed my car (without my permission) with a dirty rag, swirl marks all over the car now(including the 3m clear bra). Deeper scratches now evident elsewhere on the car.

They dont care about you, refuse to take responsibility, no customer service, the service manager will ignore you, and will not take care of your vehicle whatsoever.

I have repeatedly tried to reason with the service manager and called mazda once before I took the car back the second time. Service manager is ignoring me now and i have written Mazda Corporate.

I have roughly 600$ is bills from this experience I have not been reimbursed on, nor have they offered to pay for my gas/time (i've even mentioned it multiple times).

STAY AWAY.

As a side note dont deal with their used car place, they told me my fender needed repainting (total BS) and they offered me 9k for my car, NADA is 14k for trade-in, currently.

Breakdown, Thank you for putting them in the list.

Ourisman Mazda of Laurel, MD
3516 fort meade road
301-725-4400

Took my 04 6s into them as i was having some power loss issues/CELs. Charged me 100 bucks for normal check engine check-out. Come back with we need another $250 to further check out 2 of the codes. Also said tensior belt needed replacement ($450) and 4CATS needed replacement ($5000).

Took car home (only worth about 5,000 anyway) but then callled back to have them check out other 2 CELs for $250. Ended up calling wrong dealership and they called BS on the further $250 charge. Took it into Russell Mazda of Ellicott City, MD for check up.

Russell Mazda could not have been better. Tech tookabout 20 minutes to come talk to me about options and what was wrong and weighed options of cost vs. milage on car.

Turns out only 2 CATs needed replacement, not 4 ($2000 savings). National Tire and Battery failed to replace my EGR valve gasket when they replaced plugs, which was causing my system too lean (short term trims were +20%) something Ourisman never found. Also the squealing noise was NOT my belt needing replacement, but a combo of loose hose and all the back pressure (saving $450).

Alll in all not even sure what Oursiman did. Obviously did not inspect the CATs as they wanted to replace all 4. Tensior belt needed no replacement. And they didnt even notice a metal gasket missing...and they charged me to check out the engine, and wanted to charge me even more to further find the problem.

Got out of Russell Mazda for under $200 bucks that included CEL check, replace missing valve, visual CAT check, and tons of advice/help on best route to take with the car.

Actually taking my new (to me) speed6 i just bought in there tomorrow for a total car check/ state inspection.

18. mazda of roswell
11185 Alpharetta Highway
Roswell, GA 30076

Here is my story about the worst mazda dealer in Ga.

So I went to mazda of roswell in ga. To have my slave cylinder replaced. I would have took it to rick case but mazda would only give me a free tow to mazda of roswell. So allowed them to replace it. I received the car back a few days latter. The same day I got the car back the slave cylinder went back out again. So I had to have it towed back to roswell again. And they charged me to fix it again. So I paid them again and when they took it apart, they informed me that it was missing a O ring and that I needed to replace it. Now that I was just not going to do, is to replace a part that I lost. Not only will these guys try to rob you but there level work ethic is horrible.

i brought my ms3 in for a transmission issues w/ 2nd and 3rd. only mod on the car was a RMM which the dealer was aware of before. the mechanic took it for a drive, didnt get it out of the parking lot and agree'd with me that the tranny was a warranty issue, nothing to do with the motor mount. i gave them my car for 2 weeks while i was gone to work, they said it would done in 1.5 weeks at the latest. great!

its now been 3 weeks and i still dont have my car back. i've been told that they're waiting for a different part every time i've stopped by this week. i looked at the tranny 2 days ago and all it needed was a c-clip on the output shaft, then reinstall the housing, and install into vehicle. more excuses yesterday. still not done today.

i lost my last nerve with these guys today, so i went and had a sit down with the service manager. i had notes on what i've been told every day i spoke with mazda, and by who. i presented my case in a diplomatic and mature way, outlining why i was frustrated and not asking for any form of compensation. then this asshole brings the RMM into the situation, threatens to void my warranty, and then tells me i should be grateful he didnt red flag me and refuse to fix my car in the first place. i'm playing nice until i get my car back then these guys can go fuck themselves.

i had bout my 04 mazda 3 2.3 s sedan back in 08 from Beaver ( lol ) toyota in santa fe new mex. Was totally psyched as i loved mazda's style in cars. Happy go lucky with the car until i decided i wanted the speed 3 i have now and decided to trade in my car.

Before i had bought my car i had run the car fax on the car and it was clean as whistle.
Come time to trade it in i had found out it was actually in a car accident in 05. Was pretty furious. Took a hard hit for it but still got 5k for it with 47k for a 6 yr old car. I took good care of it and babied that car.

I came to the conclusion that Beaver mixed up the car fax with a different vin number.

Bastards!

I just gone done talking to the Mechanic who works at that dealership, was told that if motor blows and you just have an intake they will void warranty. Then he proceeded to give long lecture about consequences of adding things to cars. And if warranty issues arise I would have to deal with him and his rates while at Dealer.

Oxmoor Mazda

Louisville, KY 40222

Back in 2007 Oxmoor Mazda was sticking a $3K ADM sticker on the MS3s as well as requiring a signed buyers order to get a test drive. I ended up buying my MS3 from Kings Mazda in Cincinnati. The sales guy offered me a test drive with no strings attached. They also found a car with the color and equipment I wanted -in Cleveland- and had it trucked in at no cost.
About a year later I went back to Oxmoor(against my better judgment, but I was in a hurry) to buy a set of MS3 front pads and they quoted me a price that was $57 over MSRP.
I've heard nothing good about Oxmoor's service department and I'm not about to to let them put a wrench on my car

*When I brought my vehicle in because the Check Engine light was on, I was given a written estimate to diagnose the problem of $98. I agreed to the estimate, and the repair was made. When I went to settle the bill, I found I had been charged $313 for the diagnosis. I paid the bill because I needed my car, but if this isn't classic bait-and-switch, then I don't know what is.

As if this wasn't bad enough, when I finally got my car back, I discovered a deep new gouge in the paint on the rear bumper. They fixed it- sort of- but to me this seems like a most extreme kind of disregard for other people's valuable property. This kind of collateral damage is completely avoidable with any kind of care.
These people seem to be supremely indifferent to lying to you in writing and trashing your property. Think twice before investing any of your time, effort, or money here.

Sometimes, when you give $313 to a shit-shop and never see the place again...it was worth the price.

Power Mazda of Salem
3230 Market Street Northeast
Salem, OR 97301-1815

*Went to Power Mazda in Salem today. NOT MOD FRIENDLY. This is a dealership with a bunch of guys who think they know what they are talking about and WILL rat on you to Mazda USA flat out. No if's and or but's about it.

I tried to get as much out of them as I could as far as that game you play like "well if I stock out first and bring it in? They said we will find something even if stocked out and what we think was on the car due to roughed up nuts and bolts. These guys will not look past mods.

Legend Mazda in San Antonio

Legend Mazda San Antonio TX | Mazda Dealers San Antonio | Mazda Dealerships Seguin | Mazda Dealer San Marcos | Austin | Schertz | Universal City | Canyon Lake

Short version at the bottom....

Car had an oil leak about a month ago. Took it to Legend Mazda stocked out but not cleaned. Oil was all over the transmission and below and behind the engine block near the turbo. Dropped the car off one morning and got a call before lunch that it was ready. Was pretty excited that it was fixed that fast cause that oil leak had me nervous. I pick the car up and the next night I notice I'm still dropping oil on the pavement. I put the car on ramps and look under the car. I find that nothing was cleaned off. Oil is still all over the place. The service manager told me the only thing they did was tighten one of the oil feed lines 1/4 turn.

The next weekend I take the car to a relatives garage and do a thorough cleaning of the engine and transmission. At this time I also find out that the intercooler is missing 2 of the hat washers and 1 of the rubber grommets. (I wound up finding one of the washers on the undertray stuck in the oil and another one in the parking lot at my job. The rubber grommet was never found). Put everything together and took it back to Legend Mazda. Told them about the uncleaned engine/tranny, missing pieces, and unresolved oil leak. Approximately 1 hour later they come back and tell me they couldn't find a leak but from looking under the car it looks like all they did was change the oil filter. They wound up replacing my rubber grommet with some wierd grommet that doesn't even belong on a speed. Fuck Legend!

Finally take my car to North Park Mazda and tell the service manager what happened at Legend Mazda. Tell the service guy where I thought the leak was coming from (When I cleaned the engine/tranny the leak slowly appeared about about 5 minutes at rest near the gasket where the oil pan meets the transmission). 4 hours later I get a call saying that they located 2 leaks. By the end of the day the car was finished. They replaced the oil pan gasket and the front engine cover gasket. Car hasn't leaked since.

I get a few customer service update calls from Mazda and I tell them about my experiences with Legend. Few days later I get a call from the service manager at Legend trying to correct any lingering problems. Told them I took the car to North Park Mazda and they fixed the problem. Even told them what the problem was. Never taking my car back to Legend and I don't recommend anyone go to Legend.

CLIFF NOTES:
- Legend Mazda Fails to fix problem after 2 trips
- Legend Mazda loses pieces to the intercooler then replaces them with incorrect pieces
- North Park Mazda fixes the problem(s) in 1 day
