Oil Consumption

So hopefully I'm not crucified for this. After a couple hours of searching, I just couldn't find what I was after. Most oil consumption thread on here talk about insane amounts. Like a quart every 1,500 miles. Yikes. That would drive me crazy. On my GenPu I never bothered to watch it super closely. (I had a warranty and knew I wouldn't be keeping it forever) But on my Speed6 I am over the top on my maintenance and level of ocd. I had run Rotella T6 with OEM filter since I bought it over a year ago. I never saw any consumption. Always at the full line or really close. After Russ's thread about valves getting dirtier faster from the T6, on my last oil change I switched to Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5w-30 still OEM filter. I'm at 2,700 miles on this oil. I change at 3,000. I have noticed I'm about 1/3rd down from the top dipstick notch so that's about a 3rd of a quart right? Has anyone else noticed this? Anyone else made the switch like this with similar results? I find it odd. PP and T6 get such good/close UOA's that I did not expect this.

Now before anyone jumps my shit about where the oil could be going...my car is up to date on all maintenance including a new turbo.... In the last 8K miles it got a new KO4 directly from Mazda before my Certified Pre-Owned warranty expired, new PCV Valve, JBR Stage 2 OCC, cleaned, intake, valves, TB, etc, etc. If a full list is need I will give one but I think those are the important ones, oh and compression is even across the board. It's not high consumption so I don't thing it's the rings.

If you actually read a'll of that, thanks! I know I can and probably will just switch back to T6 butI figured I can't be the only one.
