I was wondering if you would post a little info on your shop car.... or link to some previous discussion about it.

What kind of power are you making and how is the standback working out as a tuning device for you?

Whats your thoughts on the 3"in atp maf housing. They describe it as a "critical" tuning device on the gt30.... Is it your belief that this makes it safer? Or is there another reason it should be used?

As you can see, MOST mods are listed in my signature.

However, I do haev the Standback here, but have never isntalled it. It is the V1 and I am mailing it out on Monday/Tuesday to CP-E for the V2 upgrade or latest/beta.

I have a map here for 311hp/313tq, but that is for V1, I am not sure if I can load that in for the V2, i probably can with some modification.

However, I am still on the fence to installing it, as I MAY be working with Piasini to do some beta testing on my car for an ECU reflash, as long as it is safe. I have no means of datalogging, and that is important for me to continue this testing at this point.

The only mods left on this car is a tune, Manifold, Fuel System Upgrade, and possibly meth/CO2 spray/injection (would require me to use CP-E's future tuning solution for meth). Because of teh extensive mods, an ECU Reflash is much safer, BUT a Piggyback will be much easier, and provide better results.

So I have a choice to make on tuning... I've tried to sell my Standback, btu never got any buyers, so I may just isntall it. I am dying to get this baby tuned and on the track. I hit fuel cut like crazy right now, so that is a bug issue.

Yes I will be starting a new thread in this section soon.. just need to wait for an email from my Piasini contact tomorrow (closed on Sundays), with some more information.

I need to make a large investment just to bring the hardware and software, tuning tools, etc over here, then I need to make sure you are all serious about the reflash.

We have seen results, dynos, numbers on a STOCK Speed3, now imagine a bolted Speed3 with the same reflash, give it a few weeks, to a month or so, and we hope to have a staged reflash for supported modifications for slightly better results.

The key right now is to get some orders/pre-orders in so we can get the ball rolling. It is not difficult at all, and like I've said, I can start reflashing in about one week

so you would have to physically reflash it yourself? As in we'd either have to bring the car or mail the ecu to you?
