| Not Ranked : 0 score I take it the high pitched noise is just insects or something? Anyway it does certainly sound like one cylinder misses, and then hits once in a while. However I'm not really convinced that's all that abnormal. I will go listen to the exhaust on my speed later and compare.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score The general consensus I've seen is change oil within about 100 miles or so of putting that stuff in. I'd like to give it time to disolve the gunk, but not soo long that it wears out metal from not getting adequate lubrication. There's also MMO, but I've read that's mostly kerosene. Ha. I will admit I have been on a 5000 mile OCI since i bought this car a year and half ago. Entirely too long, especially for the way I drive. Built motors running big power might change at 2000.
