Default Swaped MAP sensor now car wont crank over

Tried smogging car w/ original map sensor, but CEL said it was bad. Swapped it out w/ used 3 bar map sensor, still getting same code when I took it back in for smog. Got some MAF cleaning spray & cleaned the original MAP sensor. Installed clean old MAPsensor now car won't crank to start. I should add that i left the battery terminals connected to battery while I did the swap. It's always recommended to disconnect battery before working on a car I understand, but what I didn't shouldn't have put anything at risk. Besides checking that all the fuses are good & that my plugs were connected, what do you guys suggest i do to troubleshoot problem. I cannot believe this is happening, urgh.

Wiggle the starter wire. Jump the car. The map sensor has nothing to do with the starter. What was the code.
What did you touch when under the hood other then yourself.

Fwiw the only time i unhook the battery is when i unplug the ecu or a air bag harness. The worst that will happen with koeo a code could pop up.
