Tips on removing turbo mount bolt on speed 6

Hey guys so I'm trying to change this turbo and I've been stuck on the top bolt (the upside down one) that mounts the turbo to the block not the downpipe bolts or the bolts that mount it tithe exhaust manifold..... I've soaked it in penetrant overnight and no luck, cant do it from underneath because of speed6 transfer case. Anybody have any tips or what tool they used I'm all out of ideas

If you're talking about the bolt that holds the turbo onto the bracket I'm pretty sure I either use a ratchet and muscle it or stack two wrenches for more leverage.

I know I'm about to sound retarded but might as well ask.... So I'm on the passenger side pulling towards me..... That's correct right.... I gotta ask just cus this shot is mind boggling tight

Mmm if I'm thinking about what you're saying right, you should be pushing away.

The way I always think about removing bolts/nuts (if they're right hand threaded which 99% of stuff is) is spin right (clockwise) to move it away from you or spin left (counterclockwise) to pull it towards you. In this case, since the bolt head is upside down, you want it to move away from you so (looking down at it) you would want to spin it right.

So everything is back together and i get an error code for heated oxygen sensor bank 1 sensor one, got the sensor in as tight as possible (not rediculous) so i dont really know wtf.... this ever happen to yall after downpipe/turbo install

is it plugged in? Did you not route the cable correctly and melt something?

Yeah routed it the same way it came on the car with those twisty clips on the downpipe, then under turbo then plugged in.... Ill double check on my next day off

Actually just got the p0031 and p0134 code ... Ill change it tonight .... I hope its not the harness that the sensor plugs into thats dead.

Righty tighty, lefty loosey. Have known that since I was like 5 when I was "helping" my dad remove wheels from his 70's dodge van.
